Very good value for money. The small fee for getting the delivery guys to unpack, make up and place the sofas just where I wanted them was very fair and they did a good job.

The delivery was fast and communication was good.

Slight negative was the lack of communication but it was not a big deal.

Ordered a lovely sofa, delivered quickly. When I unwrapped it, there were 3 scatter back cushions missing. After contacting and explaining, I was told this would be rectified and they would send a replacement cushion. I then reiterated it was 3 missing, it took another full day for them to acknowledge this but said they would be sent. Communication from this company was abysmal, they seemed to refuse to tell me a delivery day for the cushions after me asking for this multiple times, explaining that I would need to arrange for someone to be in. Then I get an email to say they're being delivered today with a link to a tracking number, this was an hour before they were due not giving me enough time to get there from work, resulting in me having to ring people close enough to get there in time to accept delivery. I just don't understand what's hard about answering questions when asked and communicating effectively.

Sofa quality was ok for the money but I didn’t like the scatter back, didn’t feel there was enough back support
Managed to get a refund with no issues and they came to collect the sofa quickly

Fantastic company, this is the 2nd sofa we've bought, very easy to order online, get a confirmation email, the staff then ring to give a delivery slot, ours arrived within the timed slot, fast delivery, friendly delivery drivers brought it into our lounge, unpacked it, checked it over before they left, no issues at all, would recommend this company looking for lovely furniture and excellent customer service 😊

We received our grey corded Luxor corner sofa, 3 seater sofa and foot stool. They are very well made, stylish and comfortable. They have lots of scatter back cushions which are nice and plump.The two delivery guys were very nice and friendly. They were quick and efficient taking it up one flight of stairs to our flat and setting it up. Overall we are very happy with our sofas and quick free delivery is amazing 🤩
