I’m honestly blown away by this company, I’ve never dealt with such an incredible all round service within a company!! Customer service 5* Communication 5* Updates and calls re delivery 5* and the delivery guys were incredible too 5*
I live in a 2nd floor flat and to say mine is at the furthest point away from the main door is no joke, I’ve had 2 deliveries (through absolutely no fault of the company) and both times the teams of 2 guys were absolutely amazing and didn’t grumble at all (I have many many stairs and fire doors and twists and turns once in the flat) and have been an absolute pleasure to be around and extremely helpful!!
If wondering why the 2 deliveries though, I brought a gorgeous silver sofa and honestly it was perfect it just wasn’t quite the colour to suit my home, as I say this was a me problem nothing on them, I contacted them due to my absolute annoying brain wondering if maybe it was the wrong colour but to say I was blown away with the help and understanding I was given isn’t short from customer service heaven!! I was made to feel ok about my decision on colour and they offered to exchange with another colour to fit my home better, I was blown away by this and still even sat on my sofa now I can’t believe it!! Was exchanged within a week and with them working around my work hours too!! I mean just no one else compares to this in the slightest!!
So seriously if considering a new sofa I would recommend Furnishings for Less in a heartbeat!!
I’ve already contacted them to say how happy I am and I even called after my first delivery just to say how amazing the delivery guys were as I just don’t think enough people say thank you anymore, but if I could say it a hundred times over then I would!!
So again Thank you to an incredible team you’ve made everything so perfect for me!!
And also I will say my jumbo cord sofa is Devine!! I’ve seen comments of people saying can be a little hard but trust me after a few weeks of being cosy on the sofa it feels incredible and the material is just soooo soft, I absolutely adore it!!

Ordered the corner unit everything went smoothly and was delivered within 6 days , sofa was so comfortable and delivered with half hour after phone call ,liked it that much Ordered another 3 seater, all was great service yet again ,happy customer would recommend 😊

Whole transaction was faultless. Great customer service. Message received to let us know to expect a call arranging delivery. Delivery date organised promptly. Phone call when drivers were 30mins away. All on time and gents that brought sofa were polite, friendly and a credit to the company. Love the sofa too. 5/5

the sofa has strong smell of damp. Very bad smell coming off it. I'm trying my best to clean it with bleach, dettol, vinegar and rubbing alcohol to get off the smell. I washed the covers and sprayed them. I haven't yet sat in the sofa because I'm busy removing the bad smell. It looks like it was just locked away in a cold damp place, got wet throughout the years ect. whole thing is affecting my mental health. Down inside of it smell coming up. I left the windows open so the fresh air comes it. The whole situation is draining for me.

The delivery was spot on and the sofa is top quality, we would definately recommend you too family & friends.

Please don't order from these if you think your getting the Beige Quilted Chenille Full Back Corner Sofa because its far from it , you get a cream sofa that looks like its been made by the kids at my grandsons school, it is shocking it's very cheaply made with cheap filling that is lumpy all over, mine came with black marks all over it, honestly please take notice of my review or you will regret ordering it. Can't fault the customer service apart from they should be embarrassed having to explain why its nothing like the picture advertised.

Delivery personnel were friendly, professional and careful with my furniture.

Thought the couch I ordered will be cheap material but it was definitely worth it.

Had a gorgeous corner sofa delivered yesterday, which was actually earlier than the original expected delivery! Great service from start to end. Received a call to update me on expected delivery, call 30mins before delivery! Both delivery guys were so friendly and polite and took care with bringing the sofa in. Definitely recommend!

Efficient delivery, delivered exactly when they said they would. The sofa was easy to assemble and comfy. Highly recommend.

The dillivery men wear great ,love the sofa and the colour, the only foult was the seat cushions one was slightly plumper,but overall very good

I didn’t manage to get the names of who delivered my sofa Monday morning, but they were very efficient, especially around the horribly designed stairs in my flat with narrow doorways and tight corners. The sofa was handled with care and was easy to assemble. The fabric was not quite what I expected, it is very absorbent and some of the stitching on the cushions are torn. The beads on the armrest is quite scratched up. But these are only details to notice if you look very closely. The sofa fits nicely and is very comfortable, and they communicated effectively. Thank you for my first sofa, hoping this will last me a while!

The sofa is of very high quality, delivery was so quick and I was kept up to date. Zak and H who delivered my sofa were just so lovely, being pregnant myself Zak went above and beyond to place my sofa exactly where I wanted it and even went that extra mile to assemble one for me such lovely chaps and im extremely grateful
