Terrible , terrible terrible , did on receive products, they would not provide a tracking number to track the shipment, i suspect it was never sent.
We did finally get a response when we raised a claim with Amex and the order was cancelled.
Don't be fooled by the low prices it matches the terrible service.

Ordered 2 sets of drawer sliders which I never received, no confirmation of dispatch, when I emailed to ask where it was I got a reply saying they would contact parcel force and let me know. Never heard back.
Eventually I emailed and asked for a refund to which I did not get a response.
Fortunately I had paid with Paypal and opened a case with them. I was then paid back within a day.
This company does not care and should be avoided.

Dreadful! Placed an order 2 months ago and received nothing. Blamed on Parcel Force who I doubt had anything to do with this order. Now waiting for a refund. Take your chance if you want but I will not be using them again. So many other Companies to choose from who opperate a lot better than this. Really dissapointing.

I am a kitchen and bedroom fitter and regularly need specific fixtures and fittings for a range of uses. Furnica specialise in just about every fixture and fitting that I’ve had to find. Plus their customer service is bang on, they’re really friendly and helpful and I have repeatedly recommended them to trades and businesses of all shapes and sizes! Top company.

Took a week and contacting customer service to get product shipped. (Still marked not shipped in the account!).
BEWARE: Drawings with DIMENSIONS are INCORRECT for all items ordered. Measure yourself!

Phone number hangs up - e-mail not responded to. Money taken and no products arrived after weeks. Don't order

Is this an SCAM!!!!! Absolutely dreadful service! My delivery is late, mobile number goes straight to voicemail. Never answer there email. I have not even got the product yet so if the service is anything to go by I don’t holdout much hope. I feel like this is a scam and I am seriously considering reporting them to the Police. I am gonna have to take a drive down to there premises to get my money back. Shocking service….. I would give it a 0 if I could as it does not deserve. 1 star.

This has got to be the most unreliable company I have ever purchased from.
After reading the reviews and being told by the wife to avoid them, I took a gamble and placed an order for a wardrobe. To cut story short, 3 weeks down the line and after poor communication as they don't have a number that can reach them, I am being given one excuse after the other. Final excuse being that they are having difficulty with their supplier in Germany and can't give a date. Meanwhile, a dresser I ordered from China has long arrived within this same period. Avoid for your own good.

This would have been a 5 star review if it hadn’t been for one niggling problem.
The massive range and the excellent quality of the products is beyond doubt.
I am incredibly pleased with the results I have had and will most definitely recommend the company and its products (in fact I have already posted this as a brilliant fix for an ongoing problem to my peers).
The website gives consistent delivery times of 2-4 days for most of the products (except furniture). Although some of the products may be kept in stock, it seems that many are ordered from Europe (Poland?) only once the order has been processed.
This is really not a problem as the quality is excellent but, please Furnica, be realistic and honest about delivery times!!!
We normally do full due diligence before we order from the interweb but only checked the reviews after we realised that we weren’t going to receive our order within the stated timeframe. We became very sceptical and thought we were going to lose out. But, after a few email exchanges, it arrived about 10 days late.
Email exchanges were a bit vague but they did respond to every one very quickly.
Please don’t try to ring them because that will only end in frustration as I believe (maybe unfairly, I just don’t know) that all of the administration is done outside of the UK.
None the less, I would highly recommend the company and its products but be realistic about the delivery times.
To Furnica I say, I don’t mind where you are or what your origins are, your products are excellent but you don’t need to mislead people about delivery times. People would prefer total honesty so that they can plan.

What a thoroughly professional company. Firstly they are beyond competitive, they are simply much cheaper than their competitors with identical products. I bought 50 hinges in early March 2024 for a very good price. They were delivered quickly and were well packaged. When I needed a few more hinges the company bent over backwards to allow me to complete the installation quickly. Indeed, they were delivered the next day. I give this company my unreserved recommendation to any potential purchasers. Thank you FURNICA for being so helpful and for keeping your prices low. I am thoroughly impressed!

I've experienced the worst customer service ever; i have ordered a chest of 8 drawers, which was supposed to be delivered in 2 packages; Furnica decides to send 1 package with Parcel Force and other package with DPD; why split 1 order, 1 piece of furniture between 2 courier companies!!! 1 parcel was sent to the home address the other parcel from DPD never arrived; when trying to call the mobile number on the website, im getting an automated recording stating calls cannot be connected to this number, great!!! So cant speak to anyone; sent an email , no response to that !!! i will make sure not to ever buy from them again

I purchased two bedside tables and a chest of drawers, and for the price I paid, they are good. The bedside tables are very cute, and the chest of drawers matches the colour of my wardrobe. The customer service team responded promptly when we reported that one of the cam locks was broken, and they are sending a few replacements. I am a happy customer and will buy from this company again.

Orders some runners/rails for some drawers. From the pictures they looked like an exact match for the ones that I needed to replace, and when they arrived they were exactly as described. Delivery was very quick. A 100% smooth experience.

I was initially really excited to order from this company and impressed by their clean/clear website and the fact they offered furniture in non-standard sizes, which was perfect for me as i needed a specific size of drawers to fit in my bedroom. This review is based on the Gabriel Chest of 8 Drawers - Matt White - £140.

The quality of the wood itself is ok, quite fragile so just need to be careful when building as it is prone to splitting or chipping easily if you go wrong with nails or screws or knock it! The instructions are not very good either as the parts are not numbered so it's guess work to ensure you have the right pieces at the right stages. Also received extra screws/fittings that were not on the instructions so no idea what they were for!

I am experienced in building flat pack furniture and this was the first item i've ever brought something that did not fit together as per the instructions. In my opinion the parts supplied were not adequate for the item itself and it was faulty product - e.g. certain screws were not long enough to fit into pieces of the unit that were meant to be the ones to securely hold it together - they were just too short and some pieces that were meant to be 'tight' would simply just rotate around and therefore making the whole unit unstable and created gaps.

I raised my issues with Furnica and they did respond but were not very understanding, helpful or wanting to take accountability for their product. I was passed around 3 different people and they were simply repeating to me what the instructions were saying or sending me videos of how to fit it together but were not really listening or understanding that the item/parts provided were not matching the instructions - I done everything they said and sent videos/pics to show how the items were not 'working together' but still they refused to accept the issue was with their product. In the end they literally said 'well dozens of others have managed to fit it together as instructed' - indicating the issue was with me! I've built MANY items for myself and family and friends over the years and NEVER have had any issues like this.

I believe it was a faulty product (it happens!) and they could've just simply replaced it especially for the price but they didn't seem to care. When i said i wanted to return it for a refund as it is faulty they advised i would only get a partial refund and that would be dependent on their assessment of the parts that can be re-sold as I had started to assemble the unit. My point to them is how are you meant to know if a product is faulty without trying to assemble it!! Just looking at it doesn't show it is won't fit together.

On a positive note - thank God for Gorilla Glue and my perseverance to not let it be a complete waste of money!

My personal experience meant I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would just say purchase at your own risk and don't be fooled by the professional looking website. I usually always purchase my flat pack furniture from Ikea and will be sticking with them going forward - the wood is also much better from here. It was not worth the stress, hassle or inconvenience buying from Furnica and whilst i've got the unit standing and together, it is not stable and I will likely be replacing it next year - lesson learned the hard way!

This was the only place I could find the size and cost for what I wanted so would have been 5*. However, did not find the instructions super clear. One part was missing and an incorrect box delivered. But this was quickly resolved from excellent customer service by Philip. Fast response and the re delivery the next day without any fault.

Awful products, cheaply made, most pieces cut wrong, so I couldn't assemble, even worse customer service, they outright ignore you for weeks, biggest mistake of my life spending so much money on these, they went out with the rubbish a few weeks later, I was devastated. Your hard earned money would be much better spent elsewhere, anywhere else but with this company.

Order promptly dispatched, received within 2 days. Good quality soft close drawer runners for the price. Will definitely be using this company again. MW.
