My order never arrived and reading other reviews I'm not shocked. It's been 7 weeks fobbed off in my first email blaming evri but I had countless orders with evri in the past an they always tell when they are expecting an order, I think it's fair to say they never got the order. Eventually got my money back from the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Really disappointing company. They was really quick answering my enquiry for what my work needed. I placed the order, they took the money, and I'm still waiting for the goods.

I've called their mobile number several times with no answer and no option to leave a voicemail message.

Have emailed them to find out where my goods are. I'm deafened by the silence.

If this is their idea of customer service, they need to buck their ideas up!

I would give zero if possible. Order did not arrive in given time frame. Company offered to resend. Nothing happened. Then they failed to respond to repeated emails, and have today just cancelled the order! Hopefully, I will get a refund, but not holding my breath.
Useless customer service - nobody answers the phone, either. And why on earth do companies still use Evri - although I suspect the order was never even shipped.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication & Delayed Order

I strongly advise against using this company. It has been six weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. After reaching out via email, I was told they would check with Evri, but a week later, I’ve had no follow-up and no response to my further emails.

As someone who orders materials in advance for work, this delay has completely disrupted my schedule. At this point, I just want my money back. The lack of communication and reliability means I won’t be using them again.

Another day gone by and still no refund!

Update:

On the 7th April 2025, having had to go to a small claims court, I finally got closure on what has been an awful experience.
My refund, court costs, and interest have all now been settled.
Do not be intimated by going through a small claims court. Yes, the process is time consuming, but providing you have all the relevant information at hand, and you are not at fault, you will get your money back, plus interest and the court costs.

It has been three weeks since I have not received my order. No one is answering emails, no one is answering the phone either. Avoid!

Avoid avoid avoid!! Do no use these. It's been 6 weeks now and I haven't received my order. I emailed asking where my order is and they said they will check with Evri. It's been a week and I still havnt heard from them. I've emailed and no answer. I order my materials in advance for my work I now need them. They have completely messed me up. I have no idea what's going on. Just give me my money back I will not be using them again for materials

Totally agree with other 1 star reviews. This is a scam company. They don’t deliver, don’t respond to emails and cut off phone when you try the mobile number they publish. The 5 star reviews must be fake.

Ordered a sideboard from this company 28/12/2024

Made Numerous calls to their supplied business number which can be found on here, Google, and their website along with company house etc

however no answer or call couldn't connect due to mobile being turned off

Contacted them via email numerous times. Finally got a reply, mentioned there was issues with their manufacturer and would compensate £15 for the troubles. Accepted fault and said it would be sent away last week. Still no reply no item. No tracking nothing!
Made a claim via PayPal so fingers crossed!

Please avoid this company! I can't believe the gov let these scammers trade and scam innocent people.

I see they pay people to submit positive 5 star feedback on here
You can see as everyone has only 1 review.... Suspicious much.

worst seller, no response for 8 weeks. finally I contacted the branch in Poland to get my money back. I do not recommend this company

Ordered some vent grilles for a job we were doing, they never turned up.

Placed the order on 19/11/2024 and gave them the 5 working days to deliver it before chasing the order.

They were quick to respond saying they are awaiting contact from Evri, but in the end chose to cancel the order and pay more from one of our usual suppliers.

I would only use Furnica if you have no other options and or have no tight deadlines.

No goods, no refund, no answer phone or reply to emails.
BE AWARE, DON'T BUY!
Order was placed on 29 of October and it never arrived. It is 4 of December now.
Getting my money back through the bank. Reported as fraud.

Con... wish I had read these reviews before I brought from Furnica. Purchased 10x 500mm and 6x 400mm draw runners at a cost of £240. No delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Chased after a week. Their phone line is an answer phone, took 3 days to get a reply by email. Saying delivery would be the next day... 2 days later it came, but only 2x 500mm and 3x 400mm. Not even half my order. Been emailing for a refund for 4 days now with no reply. Furnica owes me £169 lol. Put a dispute with my credit card. If that fails I take them to small claims. Went to screwfix same day for more runners... take the advice on here. Stay well clear of these fake con people. Not worth the headache and don't even deserve even one star...

I ordered a desk on October 8th, and to this day, I have neither received the desk nor a refund. The phone is not being answered, and I’ve sent several emails with no response. The desk is still listed as available for purchase on their website. I am now trying to recover my money. Be cautious with this company!

The problem is the same as with thousands of people. No product, no contact, lies and fraud. I advise against it.

ordered 29 sept, expected 6 to 9 working days delivery, fobbed off, not able to contact by phone, emails delayed in replying, promises made and only just got my refund on 6th November. Awful company to deal with, please dont bother.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered hundreds of pounds worth of runners etc, which were sent to the wrong address. Customer service is non existent, never received my items and waiting on a reply for any kind of refund. Total waste of time.

Ordered some drawer runners, after a week I queried where they were and was fobbed of with a story about having to check with Evri (even though I had not been given a tracking number). Looks like I am going to have to try and get my money back through the bank. Do I really have to go to Trustpilot every time I want to buy from an online website nowadays 😡
