We are based in Geneva, Switzerland, and offer several collections, including Swiss-made mechanical watches. Depending on the project, our warehouses may be located in Hong Kong or Switzerland. However, the Mechaquartz collection will be shipped from Hong Kong, as these watches are crafted and assembled there. Our Mechaquartz watches use the Seiko VK64 movement (an hybrid movement), shipping from Hong Kong is the most efficient logistical solution and allows us to keep a fair pricing. We have always been transparent about this information, which is clearly stated on the product page, in the FAQ section, and in our Terms of Service.

I like the company, and I’m a big fan of furlan marri. I believe the only downside that needs to be highlighted is the high price of the import.

We understand your point on import taxes, but unfortunately, import fees are outside of our control. They depend on the country where the order is delivered and are regulated according to the local tax and customs system. Still, for many collectors the design and quality make it worth it, but it’s a fair point to highlight for anyone considering a purchase.

Great watch.. abit over priced
I bought Sabbia Roas wtach. The watch is great but it's a bit over priced for Mechaquartz watch and for quality of leather i was expecting much more better quality considering the fact that the leather is Italian. The brown the paieg colours were not the quality I expected especially the paieg i would consider it poor considering how great it looks in the picture but in reality it was disappointing
Overall im happy with watch but it couldn't have been better

The only thing i would suggest is that i think its not fair is the case size is only 38 mm which i think it would be great if you guys make a 40 mm which suits me and suit others as well much better

Horrible Experience
Received a defective watch and the resolution process has been extremely slow and frustrating. Multiple delays with shipping, replacement and return logistics. Even the scheduled pickup for the return was not completed. Overall, the experience has been far from what you would expect.
Update: I notified Furlan Marri about the defective watch on February 8. As of March 6, the issue still has not been fully resolved. The delays were attributed to “logistics issues in the Middle East,” however the courier service used for the pickup is fully operational in my region and there have been no disruptions affecting collections here. The prolonged resolution process remains disappointing.
