The watch itself. Beautiful product. But the custom forms that I had to fill once the piece arrived in USA and FedEx won't deliver. These forms should have been filled by the manufacturer as it was all technical details about the product.

The watches are made in China and shipped from Honk Kong. After long delays. Customer service respond fast by email but still issues with shipping not yet solved !! Quality of watch just about average like any Seiko. Design is beautiful, band narrow and not much options

Great product, but unexpected customs fees
The product and its packaging are excellent.
However, I have a concern regarding shipping. The website mentions that the payment includes shipping fees, but I ended up paying more than 500 SAR in customs fees, which I was not aware of.
Overall, I really like the product and would recommend it to others. Most likely, this won’t be my last purchase from Furlan Marri. ♥️🙏

Irreführender Versand aus China
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich lebe direkt an der Grenze zur Schweiz und habe bewusst bei dieser Firma bestellt, weil ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass der Versand aus der Schweiz erfolgt.
Stattdessen wurde die Ware aus China geliefert, ohne klare Information darüber im Voraus. Dadurch musste ich zusätzlich Zollgebühren bezahlen, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist.
Das ist für mich irreführend und wirkt unseriös. Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass die Ware aus China kommt, hätte ich definitiv nicht bestellt.
Transparenz gegenüber Kunden fehlt hier komplett. Ich kann diesen Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen.

völlig intransparent
Danke für Ihre Antwort, aber sie verfehlt den Kern meiner Kritik vollständig.
Wenn ein Kunde eine Uhr bestellt, darf man nicht erwarten, dass er sich zunächst durch seitenlange FAQ, AGB und kleingedruckte Hinweise arbeiten muss, um grundlegende Informationen über Versandherkunft, Einfuhr und zusätzliche Kosten zu verstehen. Ich habe keine Immobilie finanziert und auch keinen Kreditvertrag unterschrieben, sondern schlicht eine Uhr gekauft. Gerade deshalb müssen solche wesentlichen Informationen klar, unmissverständlich und sofort erkennbar kommuniziert werden.
Sie treten als Schweizer Marke auf, und auf der Verpackung steht sogar „Born in Geneva“. Für jeden normalen Kunden erzeugt das selbstverständlich die Erwartung eines Schweizer Ursprungs oder zumindest eines Versands aus der Schweiz. Wenn die betreffende Kollektion jedoch in Hongkong gefertigt und von dort versendet wird, dann ist diese Außendarstellung aus Kundensicht irreführend. Dann wäre eine ehrliche und transparente Kennzeichnung angemessen, nicht ein Slogan, der bewusst mit Schweizer Herkunft assoziiert wird.
Besonders gravierend ist für mich die finanzielle Seite: Aus ursprünglich 585 CHF wurden am Ende 673 € plus weitere 150 € Zollgebühren. Das ist eine massive Abweichung vom zunächst wahrgenommenen Kaufpreis. Zu behaupten, diese Informationen seien irgendwo auf Produktseiten, in FAQs oder in den AGB erwähnt, reicht nicht aus. Entscheidend ist nicht, ob man sie theoretisch irgendwo finden kann, sondern ob sie vor dem Kauf klar und deutlich kommuniziert wurden. In meinem Fall war das offenkundig nicht der Fall.
Noch befremdlicher finde ich, dass Sie auf meine Rezension in einem Ton antworten, der eher wie eine Rechtfertigung als wie echte Einsicht wirkt. Statt die berechtigte Kritik an Ihrer irreführenden Kommunikation ernst zu nehmen, verweisen Sie pauschal auf Transparenz, die aus Kundensicht gerade nicht gegeben war.
Wer als Microbrand ernst genommen werden will, sollte Vertrauen durch Klarheit, Ehrlichkeit und Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden aufbauen. Mit einer solchen Kommunikation wird man dieses Vertrauen nicht gewinnen und so bleibt man am Ende genau das: ein Microbrand, der an seiner eigenen Außendarstellung scheitert.
Das Ganze ist für mich nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern schlicht beschämend.

Buongiorno,
è la prima volta che acquisto da questo brand e la mia scelta è caduta sul loro bracciale in maglia d'acciaio mesh dal costo di CHF 150.00. Ho acquistato il bracciale Mesh a spina di pesce (Herringbone) per il mio Longines e perchè progettato per completare l'estetica vintage-retrò tipica del brand, offrendo un'alternativa elegante ai cinturini in pelle.
L'impatto visivo è quello di un accessorio d'ispirazione classica che eleva la percezione dell'orologio, facendolo apparire spesso di valore superiore rispetto al suo prezzo effettivo. La finitura lucida dell'acciaio cattura la luce in modo raffinato, richiamando i bracciali milanesi di alta gamma degli anni '50 e '60. Ritengono che il passaggio dalla pelle alla maglia mesh trasformi radicalmente il carattere dell'orologio, rendendolo più formale ma allo stesso tempo più "tecnico" e distintivo.
Le caratteristiche che mi hanno spinto all'acquisto sono:
Design e finitura, il bracciale presenta una maglia stile "herringbone", realizzata in acciaio inossidabile, studiata per essere estremamente morbida e adattarsi perfettamente alla forma del polso:
La struttura a maglia fitta garantisce una sensazione di setosità sulla pelle, evitando l'effetto "pizzicamento" tipico di maglie più economiche.
Utilizza una chiusura a scorrimento (sliding clasp) che permette una regolazione millimetrica della lunghezza lungo tutta la maglia, ideale per trovare il fit perfetto senza dover rimuovere maglie. È dotato di un sistema di sgancio rapido (quick-release) integrato, che permette di cambiare il look dell'orologio in pochi secondi senza attrezzi. Avendo un larghezza ansa da 20mm è compatibile con molti orologi.
A mio avviso l'unica cosa che va migliorata è la spedizione, sono stati necessari circa 20 giorni lavorativi perché giungesse a destinazione, ma per quel che riguarda il bracciale in maglia d'acciaio mesh sono completamente soddisfatto.*****

Nous sommes basés à Genève, en Suisse, et proposons plusieurs collections, dont des montres mécaniques fabriquées en Suisse. Selon les projets, nos stocks peuvent être situés à Hong Kong ou en Suisse. Dans le cas de la collection Mechaquartz, les montres sont effectivement expédiées depuis Hong Kong, car elles y sont conçues et assemblées.
Nos modèles Mechaquartz utilisent un mouvement Seiko VK64 (hybride quartz-mécanique), et l’expédition depuis Hong Kong constitue la solution logistique la plus efficace, nous permettant également de maintenir un positionnement tarifaire juste. I love the vintage inspired retro look of all the watches you have produced, from the different color dials to the case and leather straps, all very well designed and executed!! I would like to see a 40mm version in the future for some of us who like more presence on the wrist, even if it's going to be more expensive. Great work FM.

We also really appreciate your suggestion regarding a 40mm version. We completely understand the appeal of a slightly larger presence on the wrist. At the moment, our design direction is focused on more compact sizes like 38mm, but feedback like yours is incredibly valuable and definitely taken into consideration as we think about future developments.
