None of us like to think about the end of life, but by planning ahead we can reduce the burden on the people we love, at a painful time. Very understanding!
Have approached a few of Funeral Plan Companies and all are quite similar but I found the Co-op had the edge for listening, understanding what I wanted, and compassion. James was really good at taking all my info. and putting my wishes into a plan for our burials. A very difficult subject to handle, but now our details are in place, and we can just forget about it.Well done the Co-op.

I went into the Shaftesbury branch and discussed my plan with Hannah. She was amazing and explained exactly what happens. She also answered a few questions that I had. Hannah was so helpful and I cannot thank her enough.
