Really nice delivery man , my grandson saved for this bike and was thrilled when the young man had time to shake my grandsons hand and he was a fellow rider also, the bike arrived a day early
Brilliant service from Funbikes for both bikes that they delivered to us. The delivery driver Kerry was exceptional in her service. Thank you again. Especially to Kerry, 10 out of 10.

Fun:Bikes are a specialist manufacturer, importer and retailer supplying a wide variety of children's and adult indoor & outdoor vehicles & toys. Established over 20 years Fun:Bikes was founded in 2001, and our range and team have grown rapidly. This success has been mainly due to the way we run our business and the ideals we hold - we firmly believe that you, as the customer, should only be supplied with the best products we can source and develop and offer outstanding service and support. Our product designers and mechanics are constantly improving the specifications and quality of our products, and our buyers are always hunting for high-quality products at sensible prices for our customers to enjoy. As a manufacturer and importer who retails straight to you, without the wholesalers involved, we can slash the prices of retailers who buy from wholesale suppliers yet still supply higher specifications and more reliable machines. Our products are not lower-priced because we sell lower specification or quality machines; on the contrary, it's the other way. We buy and manufacture better. These savings allow us to offer showrooms, superior warranties, and far better support, including free lifetime technical support from our mechanics and experts and thousands of spares all held in stock. Not only are the Fun:Bikes products good value, but more importantly, they are of good quality..

Would of gave them 5 stars but customer…
Would of gave them 5 stars but customer service was awful bought a scooter for my sons birthday after a couple of weeks it kept coming up with error codes so took it in to be looked at a week later received an email saying because it had got abit of water on setting the sticker off inside they couldn’t do anything and wanted £190 to fix it even though the scooter only cost £170 to buy new trying to rip me off I bought the control module for £30 and fixed it myself considering it was pretty much brand new and hardly rid on you don’t spend money on an electric scooter and run inside when it rains a little in case it gets water on these things should be water proof to an extent it’s just put me off buying anything else from these if this is how they handle things I’ve used the company many of times first time I had an issue with anything and felt let down

Hi Alex,
We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been.
We did try to help by inspecting the scooter and providing a repair option; however, our technician found evidence of water ingress, which unfortunately is not covered under the warranty.
While the scooter is IP54 rated, it is not advertised as waterproof and should not be ridden in the rain. The user manual specifically advises against this.
We appreciate this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry that the experience has left you feeling let down.
Best Regards,
The FunBikes Team

Wrong item sent.
Sent the wrong quad batteries I requested. The ones received took 2hrs longer to a full recharge. I was specific in my order for an exact replacement. Could have bought the same received batteries cheaper with another company. I emailed this point (with a link) and asked if would price match to meet me in the middle. Told only option would be to return and have the inconvenience all to my self to correct the mistake made. Could have done better.

Hi Jonathan,
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
You ordered 12V 12Ah batteries, and we appreciate that you specifically wanted a direct replacement for your existing batteries. The 12V 15Ah batteries supplied are an upgraded specification with a higher capacity, designed to provide a longer running time, and are fully compatible with the vehicle.
When you contacted us, we confirmed that if you did not wish to keep the upgraded batteries, you were welcome to return them for a refund.
We’re sorry that you were unhappy with the batteries supplied and that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations.
