I distrust anything that is advertised so I went to Fun Bikes premises personally. I live in North Hertfordshire so I had a 100 mile journey. I am very pleased that I made the effort and very pleased with my purchase of 2 x off. road buggies for my 2 young granddaughters. I am very pleased with the pre sales service and the delivery service offered by Fun Bikes.

AVOID!!
AVOID!!! They are absolutely useless. Completely ruined my son’s birthday. Ordered 28th Sept in time for the 8th October. As next day delivery ( that’s a false claim ) I sat in for 8 DAYS waiting for delivery and it never came. Each day the courier company confirmed delivery each of them days. Funbikes were terrible at communicating with the courier and were just getting fobbed off. I cancelled the delivery with Funbikes. And they confirmed they were cancelling with the courier company09/10. And today 13th October it was delivered to my neighbour. Now dealing with them to collect the bike. It’s a joke.

We are genuinely sorry for the experience you have had with the delivery of your order, particularly as this was intended as a birthday present for your son. We completely understand your frustration and disappointment.
Whilst we fully acknowledge that your order was placed with FunBikes and that it is ultimately our responsibility to ensure your goods are delivered, we do feel it is important to explain the considerable difficulties we experienced with the courier service throughout this process.
Our customer service team made repeated attempts to chase your delivery, contacting the courier on numerous occasions to obtain updates and ensure your order reached you in time. Unfortunately, we were repeatedly provided with incorrect delivery information and assurances that were not fulfilled. This was incredibly frustrating, not only for you as our customer, but also for our team, who were relying on the information being provided to us.
When you subsequently requested to cancel your order, we contacted the courier and instructed them to return the parcel to us. Regrettably, this instruction was also not carried out correctly, resulting in the parcel being delivered despite your cancellation request.
We have been extremely disappointed by the service provided by the courier throughout this situation and have raised a formal complaint regarding the repeated delivery failures, inaccurate information and failure to follow our return instructions.
Although these issues were outside our direct control, we recognise that this does not change the experience you have had as our customer, and we sincerely apologise. We have also been significantly let down by the courier service, despite our team's continued efforts to resolve the situation.
We have already refunded your delivery charge and have been working directly with the courier to arrange collection of the parcel and resolve the outstanding return.
We are very sorry that, despite our efforts, we were unable to get your son's birthday present to you as expected. This is certainly not the standard of service we want our customers to experience.

Sell items that actually fit then actually start giving customers free returns to some extent absolutely ridiculous how can returns cost more than item very disappointing 😞 be very cautious when ordering of this site will cost you x3 if you get ut wrong apart from that few items actually where spot on. Yes I got my refund which sounds good bt not when returns cost you more than the item bought!!

Bought for son for xmas just gone and…
Regarding your reply.
If you look at your emails i was also in contact with you last month regarding parts which had fallen off the bike or yet again broken.
Plus since replacing thise parts the bike has had more buts fall off.

Having reviewed our records, we can confirm that you previously contacted us in December 2025 and January 2026 regarding a number of concerns with the bike. Our Customer Service and Technical Support teams provided assistance at the time, including guidance regarding replacement parts and technical troubleshooting. One of the issues reported was also confirmed during discussions with our Technical Support team to have resulted from accidental damage.
Following our last communication in January 2026, we have received no further reports of faults or requests for assistance until this review was posted in October. We were therefore unaware of any ongoing or additional concerns and have not had the opportunity to investigate or assist with the issues you have now described.
We remain more than happy to assist with any repairs that may be required, provide technical support and offer guidance on the correct maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle. As with any petrol-powered off-road bike, regular maintenance and checks are important to ensure components remain secure and the vehicle continues to operate correctly.
We would encourage you to contact our Customer Service team so we can discuss the bike's current condition, review any concerns and advise on the appropriate next steps.
