Don't even want to give them a 1 star…
Don't even want to give them a 1 star but had no choice so couple weeks ago got the rs5 flagship for it to come with a dud charger to then go spend 150 on transport just to go there and get a cheap ass battery what lasted 5 days and the customer service and technical team was trying to say it was the scooter when in fact I took my scooter to a high perform specialist for e scooters and what funbikes would of done he done the excalty the same to tell me yes it's the charger nothing wrong with the scooter it's self but they was still demanding my scooter for there mess about i have lost my job and my partner worked on a private land and because he's on warranty they should of gave him a charger but they was just chucking all the excuses out there for him to send everything back my partner lost his temper with them as its not just pounds it's 1000s of pounds working peoples money very disappointed we won't be getting are son a scooter now even if they have parts they seem cheap as don't last long like the parts charges etc

Following your initial report of a charger issue, our technical team arranged for a replacement charger to be provided under warranty.
When a further charger issue was reported shortly afterwards, our technicians recommended that both the scooter and chargers be returned for a full assessment. Given the repeated reports of charger failures within such a short period, we felt it was important to establish the underlying cause rather than simply continue supplying replacement chargers without investigating why the issues were occurring.
This was not an attempt to avoid our warranty responsibilities, but rather to ensure that the reported issues were properly investigated and an appropriate resolution could be provided.
Our team offered technical assistance, discussed the available options and arranged collection of the scooter from your address. This collection was confirmed with you in advance. However, when our driver attended, the collection was declined.
We understand that you subsequently arranged for an independent technician to inspect the scooter and have advised us that the vehicle is now working correctly. While we acknowledge this, we have not been provided with the technician's findings or had the opportunity to complete our own assessment.
We would also like to address the manner in which some of the conversations with our team were conducted. We fully appreciate that experiencing issues with a recent purchase can be frustrating. However, our staff were subjected to abusive language and threatening behaviour during telephone conversations. While we will always do our best to assist customers and resolve concerns, we do expect our team members to be treated with the same respect and courtesy that we aim to provide to every customer.
Throughout this matter, our team has continued to offer assistance, including a replacement charger, technical support and an arranged collection to investigate the reported issues.
We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. However, we believe the steps offered were reasonable and appropriate given the circumstances.
Our offer of technical assistance remains available should you wish to pursue the matter further.
