I received a call notifying me that my body warmer was out of stock. However, the issue was resolved by offering me the same body warmer in a different color, along with a £20 store credit.

Having shopped with them previously, I can attest to the exceptional quality and comfort of their clothing. As a customer service manager, I am particularly impressed with the level of customer service I received. They have truly gone above and beyond, ensuring that I will continue to be a loyal customer.

While I acknowledge the presence of negative reviews, my own experiences have been very positive, and I have no complaints.

What a nightmare of a company to anyone that is thinking of buying anything from this place please stay away no respect for customers who have spent there hard earned money on there site no one answers your emails and there’s no contact number for anyone within the company this site is a scam you would be better to give your money to a homeless person instead

Absolutely useless! I have obviously given up on getting my money back, but I’m so shocked over the fact that a company can be so unprofessional and horrible

SCAM! Avoid at all cost. Ordered tracksuit bottoms over 2 months ago which still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails and DM’s and haven’t received a response. Finally resorted to leaving a comment asking for a response to the multiple DM’s on Instagram which resulted in a block within minutes!

Awful waited 2 weeks for a pair of shorts and a t shirt that didn’t even turn up awful customer service aswell wasn’t given a choice of a refund or for them to actually do there job and send me the items I paid for. Awful place wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them at all.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I ordered a tracksuit for my son for his birthday which was a whole week later to the time of ordering it and 3 weeks had gone by and it still did not arrive. I also tried to contact them regularly and was getting no response. There was no phone number either to contact them on. Very unhappy with this level of customer service and would not recommend. Will never be ordering from this brand again.

Terrible customer service. They seem to have a blag going where they say no tags attached on return to get out of refunding. Pathetic way to run a business, terrible customer service!

T shirt came and it was too big which is not a big issue, however the customer service was unprofessional and slow. Love the brands designs but they need to work on their backend

Hi! Terrible service. You send us wrong package. Then you said that you can send another sweater and refund sending cost for package you send wrong. The cost of shipping was 35 euro. And you have not send us new sweater. Instead you stopped answering

terrible service, orderd a tracksuit and waited over 2 weeks in the end it didnt even come, lost the order number so wasn’t even able to track it. never again

Awful low quality clothes. Ordered a tracksuit, very expensive may I add, so was expecting good quality. Bobbled, cracked and discoloured after one wash. Customer service is terrible and have now gone ghost mode on me. Spent a lot of money on this. Never again. Be careful

Don’t get me wrong everything fits perfectly and looks good but it should come in February it didn’t come till march the 18 should of been at my house for 5 February

I ordered a tracksuit about a week and a half ago for my sons birthday said it will take 2 to 4 days to come to me I’m still waiting now DPD was supposed to deliver it now they’re saying my parcel is missing I have contacted the website to tell them I’ve got no response since Saturday don’t think this is fair on customer services are on customers as this is my sons birthday present
