Even if you chose a trial subscription when purchasing the course, your trial could not end so quickly.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with some emails that are not being delivered to us. Our programmers are working on this. Most likely, you were not answered because your email also did not reach us for some technical reason.

This is really fun to start my day with! I can't do the exercises first time but after a few days I see some improvement. It is something that I wouldn't do at all and works like yoga or a meditation, recommended for all ages!

if i could give this no stars I would.
Paid $30 AUD for a course that I couldn't access, and then was charged $90 a few days later. Have emailed multiple times and fb messaged and insta messaged and have heard NOTHING. I am a student and very poor, i bought this as a treat for myself to learn some guitar songs and now they have taken the money I was going to use to survive. So disappointed I have not heard from them

Great resource

I was intially worried about making an online purchase with full of mind.com but ended up wanting to do the course so badly I took the risk. I feet compelled to come back and say: the courses are definitely worth it and work great. Had an access issue due to site cookies and their support was great!

Already 4 times I wrote an email that I want to cancel my registration. I can't delete my registration online. They've already charged me $59. Definitely, this is a scam company. No way that you get your money back in 14 days if you cancel in time. I now have to block my card. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this site.

I bought a course for $20 and then was told in a sideways way that after a week, I have to pay $70/ month.

I absolutely do not want to pay for a subscription. Im trying desperately to unsubscribe before they take any more money, but all it says is that its processing my request (for more than 24 hrs)
All of that and I'm getting multiple spam emails every day. Only regret for this

We provide 2 types of products: a course ($19) and a monthly subscription ($59) to all courses.
When you buy a course, you buy it forever.
The advantage of a monthly subscription is that you get access to all the courses on our site for a month. You can also watch new courses that are coming out, and which will be coming out.
Thus, you can choose courses that are really suitable for you and enjoy the process of improving and developing your personality.
 
After a course purchase, we give our users 7 days free trial subscription to all courses. Within this period you can watch all courses on our platform and decide whether you need a subscription or not.

Great Website with lots of Inspiration

It's a great website with lots of inspiration (movement, singing) in a more spiritual approach. I started two courses and really like them. Cancelling is super easy (I just wanted to see if the same error occurs as with the other users, but it didn't. One Click after being in my Profile Settings and that's that). So I cannot relate to any complaints.
Will definitively re-subscribe after the trial ends

SCAM!!!

This is really a scam. As I read from many of you, they did the same to me. I only signed up for a course of around 18 euros, they charged me a monthly fee and another thing. I wrote them 6 times!!! and explained my case. They answered me once: »This is an email to remind you that your request to Support Team (#18401) is pending and awaits your feedback« and the second time: "Hi,I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately, we haven't got an answer from you. If you still need our help, please send your question in a reply message" then never again. I have never experienced so much swindling and deception. Probable AI involved. Terrible. I hope that someone reads our messages and the same thing does not happen to them. Disaster! Law enforcement should work on this case.

SCAM

SCAM! I purchased a course and I got automatically enrolled in the 7 days trial, their monthly membership is 59$!!!!
I immediately tried to cancel the membership on the website and after several days it still shows "processing..."
I emailed them and received no answer. So I called my bank and stopped the possibility of having them charge me.

Scam

Had to change my creditcard. Bought one course. Did not sign up for a free trail. Two weeks later I had been charged for a monthly subscription. No replies to my e-mails. No Instagram acount exists. Don't use Whatsapp to chat with them, because then they also have your phonenumber and you will recive spam. It's a chatbot answering there as well as here. I would guess that they are reselling courses from unaware real teachers who are selling their courses on other platforms, but the main part are made up names with avatars to translate a foreign language.

I bought a course that I never received access, I try to contact the support email but there was no answer. They don't have IG or FB profile, unfortunately I reed this bad reviews too late. The good thing is I could block my credit card so they couldn't charge me more.

Subscription extra charges

After buying one course at the platform i was assigned for the free trial period and after it’s completion to be charged by month(which i was not going to do, only one course), i have immediately at the dame day requested a cancellation of my trial period and later chargers.
Manager has replied and confirmed that subscription is cancelled no more charges.
Saddest situation when I have discovered from my bank statement that I was charged full price for month subscription(
