Scam. I purchased one course at a discounted price there was nothing visible for signing up for a subscription. Thank god for Revolut for blocking the charge.

This business is scummy and disgusting you should be ashamed.

Scamming company

Scamming company! I agreed to original purchase and a month later I notice £69 taken from my account by them for some further course . I will notify my bank now.
You replied to my review because the public can see it but you can't be bothered to reply to my numerous emails? And I attached your own receipt which you sent me so you know exactly who I am ! Name and customer number . Where can I unsubscribe? You make it sound like it's a simple process but it's hidden away amongst your terms and conditions

After the trial subscription, if the customer decides to stay, an automatic payment for the monthly subscription occurs. This procedure is described in the Terms of Policy and is completely legal (customers are offered a trial and agree to the Terms of Policy before purchasing).

Unfortunately, I could not find your account in our payment system by First Name and Last Name, which are indicated in the account from which you are writing.

If so many people review this company as a scam, pay attention.

I agree with other reviewers this company is a complete scam. I have not been able to log in and access my courses. When I sent an email about this, there was no reply just like the other reviewers said.

They reply to comments here and on ig saying there's a technical issue but if it's a legit company then you would be fixing it asap. You don't keep your customers unable to log in for months and ignore their emails if you're a legit company. There's no communication and no improvement in the "technical issues".

They also seem to be linked to Sacrill but when I commented on IG, they deleted the comments repeatedly. I think they're also deleting some other comments. Be wary of how legit their IG comments are.

They reply here saying it's "just a technical issue, email them", but there's no reply.

Donate your money to a charity or use it for a better cause, you don't want to support scams.

Do not buy anything from them
I only bought the course but they subscribed me to monthly payments $79 as a part of 7 day free trial that I was not aware of it.
Their FB and Insta Ads are very misleading.
I emailed them, texted on WhatsApp, send message on social media, nothing, no response.
They say, you can cancel your subscription on their platform but when I did that. it's still processing for 2 days.
What a stress!!!!

No customer response and misleading ads

I'm really concerned about the lack of response. I sent a few emails to make sure fullofmind acknowledged the cancellation of my subscription, but no response.
Their adverts are misleading and are not clear that you are actually signing for a monthly subscription of $79!

Updated: frustrating and unreliable

Edit: sadly, I've had to add to this review. On 3 different occasions I have lost access to all of the courses I have purchased.

Lots of time spent going back and forth with support. Very frustrating as I have a daily routine which ends up being disrupted.

On one occasion the issue was solved immediately. Other times I'm just passed back and forth between departments.

Am now currently locked out of account completely.

Too unreliable a service to recommend.

I love this platform. Its easy to navigate and full of great courses and excellent prices. If you do have any issues, the customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.

Scam! Automatic subscription without any info

Purchased one course from an Instagram ad. Then it stated that I somehow have a subscription and 7 days free trial but auto renewal. This was never stated before and obviously is a scam. I am sure this is not legal.

EDIT after their answer: "the client is OFFERED 7 trial days of our monthly subscription"
NO, there was no offer, I purchased one course and received a mail that I am no on some subscription.

"The system indicates that (...) you (...) chose a 7-day trial, and then canceled your trial."
NO I did never choose that

All of this is corporate linguo for "we know well what we are doing and are happy that some people forget and pay as illegally acquired money. Meanwhile we pretend that the customer did something wrong!"

Careful, SCAM

Careful, this is a SCAM.

You will buy a course for a certain amount of money. Even though you wont realize you will totally unvoluntairly start a 7 days free trial of a paid membership for 59 USD. Once the 7 days are over they will charge you 59 USD monthly. The craziest thing: If you go to your account under "Settings & Subscription" it wont give you the chance to cancel anything, in fact it will even tell you that you dont have any active supscriptions.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website! Beware! If you sign up for a course for whatever amount, it automatically forces you to accept the subscription to ALL courses which is after a 7-day trial costs automatically 56 euros a month. My attempt to cancel went unaddressed and the money was booked. Despite multiple messages, which were completely ignored (even though according to the website all you have to do is write an email to cancel), the amount was booked from my credit card. My subsequent emails requesting a refund were also ignored. Since I was unable to get any response from the company, I contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge and request a refund. I filed a case of fraud (forwarding all correspondence). For anyone else who finds themselves in the same boat, I recommend doing this! Whether Paypal or Credit Card, the money should be refunded through the company's bank. Don't let these scammers get away with this! They survive because so many people don't fight back. Interesting that the time was taken to set up some AI bot (always Lina...) to answer these complaints with bogus answers, but no time is taken to respond to emails, Whatsapps, Instas or whatever

I'm very unhappy with the fact that I had a technical issue that I tried to highlight and it went unaddressed. I purchased the course, saying that it is available for life and it subscribed me to pay automatically for the platform every month!! This is not ok and so I unsubscribed from paying, I had like a 7 day-free trial or so. I was shocked to see that I could no longer have access to the course that I purchased after unsubscribing and therefore, I paid for a product that was not available to me.
I am disappointed of this experience and do not recommend them.
My e-mail was still not answered however I keep receiving offers from them.
