Bad handling of customer order
The item i ordered was earlier mentioned to be shipped by Feb 15 then all of a sudden they said by March 15. The whole order was placed on hold prior to receiving the pending item. Fueler should have sent the items that were available. Secondly, they shipped it thru Aramex which is a bad courier. The item was received at the Aramex hub then all of a sudden they announce that deliveries would be made after the holidays.

I LOVE FUELER . THEY SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK . I HAVE PURCHASED THINGS MANY TIMES . ALTHOUGH THIS TIME I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED I ORDERED A TOP BUT I TOOK THE TAGS OFF BEFORE I TRIED IT ON AND THEN I COULDN'T RETURN IT . MY FAULT I KNOW BUT I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER AND I TOUGHT THEY MIGHT HAVE HELPED .

Bought a cap! 10/10
bought a cap. I thought this was cool, and it was also very cheap, compared to other sites. I bought the cap on a Sunday, and it arrived on Wednesday the following week. This is really fast delivery, as the package was going all the way to Norway from the UAE. The cap came in a cool box, and the cap was exactly as expected, really nice. Everything about the package and the shipment was really good. but since it is in the UAE, you have to be a little careful. Since it was going to be sent all the way to Norway, customs and VAT came afterwards, but this is not Fueler's responsibility! But otherwise everything was absolutely perfect!

I ordered the Tshirt and I got it next day, packaging was good, the Tshirt was amazing, overall very nice experience although I wanted the polo shirt but suddenly It was sold out when I came to pay

Delivered? Nope.
Well my order is still in Bahrain as of Feb 23, not “delivered” to Chicago and I keep getting notifications to rate and review my order and experience. I have to say I’m extremely unhappy. This is a ridiculously expensive price to pay for A HAT, I bought it for a loved one and am regretting my purchase. I would either love an update as to where this item actually is or my money back. Whatever delivery service is being used needs some serious help and Fueler needs to do better about providing proper updates and tracking information to their customers.
