I paid for Hyundai rear light on the…
I paid for Hyundai rear light on the 20th May and now is the 16th June. I have not received my parcel and when I go to my tracking. It's always the same message as the day I paid for the light. It says that they are preparing for shipping from China to South Africa. This marketing site is a scam. You will be throwing your money away. Don't buy anything from this place., trust me. The choosing your item to paying for it. It's quite easy but after that, it will end there. No communication, no tracking your parcel. This is a daylight SCAM!!!

Fruugo poor experience
Would like to updated my previous review where I claimed that Fruugo did not refund me. I confirmed with the bank after I did not receive the order. Yes I struggle online and there was no update on the whereabouts of my order, I ended up asking for a refund. Still would not trust these Chinese companies advertising here as their return policies are a bit worrisome. In the end the my experience was bad.

Ordered in 2022 waited for my orders until I gave up , just checked the order status just now, 1 is still in transit , the other says returned , i gave up after a year took it as i was scammed and also received scam email from scammers with fake post office site after they saw my reviews online

I was taken back by how quickly my order was fulfilled coming all the way from China. The updates of the tracking was also quite good.

Delivery Service: I would have appreciated receiving the tracking info as soon as it is arranged. Getting a tracker after the delivery has already arrived is not helpful.
What I liked is that the parcel was delivered before the promised date. It was exactly what I had ordered. Thank you.
