I ordered a battery and paid for a courier service. Fruugo is a scam, they do not give any useful responses to your questions about where my parcel is. They say they delivered it to a post office (they don't tell me which one) they where supposed to deliver to my house adress which I paid for. These people are scammers and I want my money back. Absolutely a disgrace that I have to wait weeks for a parcel which I have no idea where it is and according to them has be delivered and have the cheek to ask me to rate them for a service i did not receive. Stay away from these scammers.

1) did not get the 10% discount offered on previous transaction.
2) no tracking update for a week now on current order (2 items)

Always give updates on delivery

8I order diesel filter housing for my Captiva 2.0 diesel.The item that is showing on their website was complete different to item that was delivered at my house. The one delivered was for different car. Completely different. How did that happen? I was really disappointed, after waiting for so long then get an incorrect item is dissapointing. I will not recoment this website at all. Please let me when can i expect my refund or the correct Item. The worse part of this is that now o need to pay the shipment cost on something was incorrect sent. Trust me don't order from these people.

Cheap prices, good availability, but delivery takes waaaaay too long....

I ordered, told the when to expect the goods. I think I must mention that I was sceptical, but yeah I have what I bought from you Fruugo.

While there was a of communication, The order took longer than expected but the worst part is that the thing I ordered wasn't compatible with the item I ordered , it didn't charge it at all , it depleted the battery and it didn't even fit properly and I want to return it but I only have 14 days and 2 of them is gonna be wasted waiting for a response on how to return them because the website doesn't say anything on how to return it and I need to return it because I spent almost 700 bucks on them and I'm obviously not gonna just let it go

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I placed two orders nearly 2 months ago. Still have not received my parcels. Both packages were sent via the Post Office ffs. Who in their right minds trust the SA Post Office. If I am lucky, I now have to drive 100km to the Post Office, if it finally arrives.

Furthermore; snarky, "not my problem" replies to my queries from Scorpion shoes. You know how BAD you have to be to make TEMU look like best online experience. NEVER AGAIN

I found what I wanted delivered in said time my only concern was .. the site said R129.99 for delivery and I was charged R10 more, however I got the part needed

In an era where things happen overnight and products are moved from one side of the world to the other basically overnight, after 60 days I still haven't received my order! Zero communication except for parcel tracking with comms in chinese and a criptic English note which states that it has arrived, but no indication where it has arrived. No contact number for queries, nothing! Never again will I make use of Fruugo. What a waste of time and money!

Great delivery service they guy was cool... My order came through before estimated Time that was given I'm happy and will shop again and again
