Very nice business to deal with. Friendly, helpful, and VERY fast delivery. Just received a package from them this week, and they are FASTER than Amazon! Good on them.

Got a lovely gherkin pickler jar along with seeds and a sauerkraut pounder. All fab except the gherkin pot was damaged in transit. Fab customer service from the team. I had my replacement pot in 2 days. Lovely interaction, great selection. Looking forward to shopping again with them.

I just received my order and I’m so stupid for not checking this company out ! I paid $78 for 3 avocados because they shipped 2 lbs but the image shows a small box with 6 avocados .
How can you charge people $20 plus for each one .

I have always had a very positive experience with Fruit Hill Farm and have ordered from them several times now. Products are dispatched promptly using DPD (I am in the North of Ireland) and arrive within a few days of ordering. Product quality is always good and I highly recommend the company.

Omg purchased Diatomaceous Food Earth for possible dust mites in my home. This product arrived with no instructions. Also no dispenser for using it. I wore a mask and sprinkled over my mattress. I wore a mask but ingesting this caused a runny nose for hours and then a bleeding nose for quite some time. This product cannot be vacuumed with you're home hoover as this destroys the filter. Company does not mention these matters. I have to now go and buy a HEPA vacuum to get rid of all this awful product. I cannot believe this product is sold without HEALTH WARNINGS - as you have to leave this product on you're beds and couches for quite some time - ingesting this can cause long term damage to lungs. Absolutely disgusted that this can be sold without instructions and Health ⚠️

Don't know what happened these guys they used to be ok. Recently, total disregard for the sale of goods act (products do not match description).
They have also got very expensive.
Customer service, no real explanations just glib responses.
They front as an Irish Company with a majority of their stock being sourced outside the EU.
Voting with my feet on this one, will shop elsewhere from now on.

The Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about organic farming. They have advised and supported many of my homestead projects with equipment and ideas that are not easily found elsewhere.

As a Professional Occuaptional Gardener in Dublin, Ireland with a Professional Solo Sprayer which is as much as €120.00 for a 10 Litre (4 Bar / to 90PSI with a Manual Adjustable Pressure Regulator) on Amazon.

Having purchased the Birchmeier Hobby Star 5Ltr Sprayer (3 Bar/ 45PSI) for €71.95 plus Delivery Charges from Fruithill Farm in Cork online. It's not so bad and works for the application of the Bio Product for Box Caterpillar Moth for Small to Medium Sized Gardens without wasting too much time, The Sprayer is Light and Takes up Less Space which can be a convenience with a small van.

Having the Solo Sprayer on the Back with optional extra 4 Bar / up to 90 Psi is going to be more efficient if using professionally to spray the product in half the time. Hence possibly offering more value to your Clients when charging an Hourly Rate or Generally your Service will be more effective if you specialise in a range of specific applications for Trees, Shrubs, Planters, Lawns, Hard Surfaces.

The idea is to keep one sprayer for Foliar Feed Sprays plus Bio Products.

Another Sprayer for products to include Moss Control on Lawns, Hard Surfaces as well as Controversial Products including Roundup Biactive (Active Ingredient Glysophate) Translocated Weed Killer from Leaf to Root in areas away from your Fruit and Veg and Water Sources, General Public, Idea for Spraying Products is to be as Specific as possible, to target the weed or specific plant foliage with the least impact on the environment. Hence the reason to use biological products for the Caterpillar Moth, Other products will kill a range of life in the garden when targeting one insect. We need to make an effort to get the most precise product for the application where available. Hence the Bio Product for Caterpillar Moth from Fruithill Farm for 1KG of Powder cost over €140.00 even if only 1Gram Per Litre Required, It seems to be sold in extreme quantity without an option for a smaller quantity, where perhaps 50 Grams out of 1000 Grams is all you actually need! Hence the price point will not make sense for a person with some box hedge, then the person will choose a harsher product which will kill other insects in the box hedging. It is obvious that smaller packets will need to be available to the consumers to avoid excessive waste in packaging and the correct disposal of any powder that is left unused after it's best before date. It would be better to pack in small sachets to make up 5 Litres at a time. say 5 gram sachets, to include a box of 10 Sachets -= 50 Grams - the cost price point could be much less than €140 Euros while wholesalers/retailers still make a profit and not at the excessive cost to the environment climate.

The Vitax Moth Traps seem to be working too which I bought from a Wholesaler as in the Landscape Gardener/Horticulture Trade, as I've seen the Retail Price is from €30 to €40 Euros depending on how and where you shop for Convenience or pay extra for delivery or drive KM's to collect the product enjoying the scenic views along the way!

I'd rather avoid using many garden chemicals, already many have been removed from the market, there is still more we can be doing to change the way we view our gardens as habitats for life other than ourselves. There is such a range of living beings other than ourselves, our egocentric mindset, to remember biodiversity loss across the Planet and that we continually contribute to this biodiversity loss in how we maintain our garden/property spaces with ignorance as we wait for further regulations which offer more protection for returning biodiversity and making it normal to respect, protect biodiversity around us, living in harmony with other creatures. The Foxes, Squirrels, Mice, Frogs, Hedgehogs, Badgers, etc

Hence how much more property development is relevant if carried out without sensitivity for biodiversity of life on our doorsteps.

The Pro's and Con's of building more and more apartments when we know that the best immune response is in those persons/animal life on an organic diet as studies have shown Cattle on Organic Pastures have a proper fully functioning immune system, Same can be said for humans immune systems connected to Nutrition from Non Synthetic Fertiliser Fruit and Vegetable Food Production.

Will the penny drop for you or will you be a living sacrifice to the current Economic Agricultural Policy in Europe which leave information on the benefits of Organic off the Packaging. Homegrown Food can be even better than commercial Organic hence a House or home needs a garden or a community garden system for optimal quality of full life potential.

This is an excellent company. They gave me great advice and help on setting up my poly for planting and automatic watering .
Their delivery was prompt and timely.

I’ve had a very bad experience with fruithill farm. 2 out of 3 items did not arrive. When I spoke to fruit hill farm, I was told to wait and they would arrive. I waited and they didn’t arrive so I called their contact number. A guy called Joe told me he would look into it and come back to me. He called me back shortly afterward and told me he spoke to the courier and that the items missed the truck and were still in the couriers depot in cork. This was obviously a lie as the items never arrived. They refunded my money but I don’t like being lied to. If you want to order goods from them, beware they won’t arrive and they will lie to you to get you off the phone.
