I worked at Fruidel and, unfortunately, my experience was very different from how the company presents itself externally.

There were issues with management, communication and the general working environment. I often felt that targets and numbers were prioritised over the people actually doing the job, and there wasn’t always much support when things weren’t going well.

I met some good people there, but overall it was a fruitless grind full slog and I’m glad I moved on and would advise anyone considering a job there to do their research and speak to current or former employees before making a decision.

After a conversation with your finance, I have been trying to contact you for almost a week now. Phone lines are unavailable, emails are being ignored. Voice messages not responded to. We have been supplying your customers for some time now and you have not paid us £7.7K and now you ghost us!! This is disgraceful business ethic!

I asked for some copy invoices and a change of email address from Chloe and all this was completed within the hour

The fruit delivered was the best quality. Each fruit tasted fresh. I would highly recommend.

Been receiving weekly milk deliveries for our office from Fruidel for approx 2 years, mostly with good service. Unfortunately in the past few months deliveries started becoming erratic with frequently late deliveries arriving Monday afternoon as opposed to the Monday morning as paid for. We then received notification that they would no longer be able to deliver on Monday and we would only receive on Tuesdays between 8-5. We asked to cancel the contract as this did not work for us and was told that we have to give 6 weeks notice but they would now be able to deliver on Monday's again. Yesterday (being Monday) Milk arrived after 5pm when office had closed. Poor customer service with no notification of delays despite chasing.

Javid is always super responsive and happy to help us with our fruit and milk needs at Head office.

Javed has been fantastic to deal with. He is always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any requests or queries.
