Great quality
Great quality, sleek and minimalistic shoes. First pair wore of after 2-3 years of somewhat intensive use and I immediately bought a new one.

Awful squeaking noise
I was refused a refund or a replacement pair of Royal Lite shoes but they squeak like I’m stepping on mice!!!
“I would like to clarify that the sound you noticed comes from the natural friction of the leather when the sneakers are new. This can sometimes occur during the initial period of wear and normally decreases as the leather softens and adapts to your feet.
The pair was carefully reviewed by our Quality Department, and no issues were found with the construction or assembly of the sneakers. For this reason, the case cannot be treated as a manufacturing defect, and we are not able to offer a refund or replacement.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It truly means a lot to us.
Regarding your case, your pair was purchased in April this year, and as soon as you reached out, our team was fully available to assist. We arranged the collection of your sneakers so that they could be carefully inspected by our Quality Department, where several tests were carried out to identify any possible issues.
After a thorough analysis, no abnormal noise was detected in either shoe, as we had the opportunity to inform you. As a gesture of goodwill, we covered all shipping costs. Including international collection, transport to our factory, our office, and the return shipment back to you.
We completely understand that you would have preferred to receive a replacement pair. However, we’re sure you can appreciate that we are deeply committed to sustainability, and replacing a pair that showed no manufacturing defect would go against that principle.
We’re truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Excelente produto
Excelente produto , cada euro justificado pela qualidade e atenção ao detalhe , tanto nos sapatos como na sua apresentação.
Só tenho a salientar que não pude deixar de ficar algo triste pelo facto de uma marca portuguesa, de fabrico português , não disponibilizar uma versão em português do seu website.

Bad quality leather
When the shoes arrived everything looked very good. Nice packaging and descent delivery time. Shoes looked good but after just two wears the leather cracked a little. Shoes felt really stiff. I expected more quality for that price

Our sneakers are made from premium natural full grain leather, which can feel firm at first and may show small creases as it adapts to your feet.
We completely understand how this might have caused concern, especially with a new pair, but please rest assured that this does not indicate a defect or poor quality. On the contrary, it reflects the authenticity of the material, which softens beautifully over time with wear.

Incredibly comfortable and fast shipping
