Becky at Frog bikes was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I got the part I was after. Would shop there again for sure.

I had been looking for a frog bike it had to be Green. My last resort was calling Frog the company and it turned out to be the best call I have made. I spoke to the Customer Service adviser (Becky) who was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Not only did she resolve my problem but made sure I would get it delivered in time for my Grandsons Present.
Even after I received the bike she called to make sure everything was ok.
Thank you Frog Team and SPECIAL THANKS BECKY. For making it happen.

Ordered a tadpole mini, so easy to order through customer service. Very good company lovely people and collected from the factory as it was close to us!

A measure of a company is how they deal with customers. Frog bikes should be given a customer service award!
Seldom have I been made to feel valued as a customer, Rebecca was truly amazing, she went over and above to ensure the bike was packed and despatched delivered promptly - to the extent that the courier driver made it the first drop of the day with the message it was a special delivery for a special little girl.
I cried .....
The bike is beautiful, the colour perfect for a pink princess the manufacture really perfect robust and perfectly weighted for a child.She jumped on and was off with a beaming smile....... experience priceless

We ordered two bikes for our kids. One bike was faulty on first use. Frog arranged the pick up of the faulty one within a few days and the new one arrived a day or two after. great turnaround given the time of the year. The bikes have been great ever since and our kids are looking forward to using them more as the weather improves

We were looking to upgrading our Daughters bike to her 4th frog bike but unsure on sizing with the newer 61.

Staff were very helpful as we decided to purchase a bike from the factory outlet.

The bike was graded as a 4 but as far as I can see it’s brand new with no marks or damage.

Would not hesitate to recommend frog bikes.

Having bought 2 frog 62’s second hand I called Frog customer service and spoke with Rebecca. She was knowledgeable, helpful & explained their ethos was to encourage the recycling of frog bikes. She helped me with all the parts we needed/wanted to replace, sent details of local Frog bike service shops and could not have been more helpful.
I will always recommend Frog whether buying new or 2nd hand. Brilliant company & Becky was superb 👏👏

Staff Bev and Becky were both extremely helpful when I spoke with them on the phone, they couldn’t do enough to help. Their communication was excellent and the ordering process was very easy. The bike is excellent and my son is delighted! This is our second frog bike and I would always recommend them to friends.

Best bikes ever! Bought my son a Frog 73 as his other bike was very heavy and he didn't want to ride it. My child suffers from Hypermobility and the fact the bike is extremely light and the brakes are made for children's hands and easy to pull means my child has more control over the bike and feels more confident riding it. He's a different child on his Frog bike and keeping up with him now is difficult to say the least. The decision to move to a Frog Bike was the best decision and my sons cycling experience is a happy and confident one. Customer services are fantastic, always putting the customer first and a delight to deal with from start to finish - 5 stars!

The customer service is as good as their excellent bikes. They have been so helpful in selecting the right bike for my girl.

I look forward to coming back to them again at the next stage.

I purchased a Frog 78 for my son in half term and called to see if delivery could be speeded up so that both my children could have bikes. The customer services team were excellent and managed to get the bike delivered in a couple of days - and kept me posted with progress. My son loves the bike and the customer services team went over and above - thank you!

My daughter has grown up with Frog Bikes, from her first Frog Tadpole balance bike to her latest Frog 62, and winning her category at the Cyclocross Regional Championships on it. I have found all of there products to be excellent and ideal for young cyclists, and head and shoulders above anything available from a High Street retailer for children. Totally recommended

I’ve been a Mountain Biker for over 27yrs, and always strip and build my my own bikes and pay particular attention to the set up of all parts, this is why I love Frog bikes due to their care and attention. Since my daughters first frog bike at 3 to the latest bike at 9 (Frog MTB 62) the bikes are set up perfectly for children and they are low weight which makes a big difference. When I recently purchased the Frog 62 Mtb the parcel company must have bashed it and the hanger for the derailleur was bent and gears didn’t shift. I sent one email to Frog and they immediately sent a new hanger no fuss. After speaking with the lady at Frog I could tell they are truly passionate about making great bikes for kids and providing a hassle free service. My daughter recently raced her bike and she loves it. Thanks

My son learnt to ride a bike when he was about 6...possibly a late starter. We bought him a bike for his birthday and he enjoyed it but he still kept putting his feet down, was struggling with turns and generally lacked confidence. Move forward about 9 months he was the very proud owner of a brand new Frog Bike. Oh my days...he was over the moon!!! We went from a lad that took his bike out every 3-4 weeks to a lad insisting we took him out on it even in the pouring rain. I couldn't believe how quickly his confidence grew on his new Frog bike and his overall love for cycling. As a parent I think cycling is an important life skill, great for your health mentally and physically but to see your child enjoy something so much is all you could want. Aesthetically the Frog bike looks amazing but as a Mum who usually hates getting their kids bikes out of the garage and putting them in the car etc etc - this bike is an absolute breeze. Lightweight and so easy to manoeuvre. Huge thumbs up and highly recommend.

My daughter started off with the frog tadpole at 2 years old, she moved onto the frog 40 on her 3rd birthday and was pedalling unassisted within 10 minutes. She is now 4 years old on the frog 44 and her confidence on this bike is just phenomenal. The bikes are so well built and nice and light for a small child to manoeuvre with confidence! They come in such a range of colours too so we’ve been lucky enough to try out all 3 in different colours! I’m excited to see my daughter progress on the bikes as she grows! 10/10 from us!!
