Freya & Thor offers Swedish handmade, sleek & minimalistic jewellery, taking inspiration from Norse Mythology. The brand was founded in April 2017, with an ambition to offer modern bracelets, necklaces, earrings & rings with a unique design. The Hammer Mjölner became our first Collection, & symbol for protecting the world against inequality, pollution & other threats of the modern world. In 2020 we designed and launched the second main collection out of inspiration from Freya and her tales. Out of deep affection & longing for her husband, travelling the world during long times, she cried Golden Tears the tales tells. The Tear drop became our symbol of deep love in the Tear of Freya Collection. Freya’s second Collection saw it’s light in 2022 – “Lynx of Freya”, designed based on the trust, loyalty & devotion the wild cats showed Freya, helping her pull her chariot whenever travelling somewhere. We not only aspire for people to wear our products and look good, but we also hope you as a wearer will strive to defend our world from poverty, pollution and other for our world evil things, just as Thor did. I'm delighted with my purchase which is for my other half. Ordering was easy on the well-designed website. I received emails about the progress of my order which was very helpful. I felt like I was valued as a customer.
The bracelet is amazing. It's well made and exactly as shown on the website. It arrived well packaged and in a lovely presentation box and satin bag. (There was even a handwritten note, perhaps because I had emailed them initially.)
Well done to the Thor Of Sweden team. You are doing a wonderful job continuing to bring pleasure to others during Covid. Stay safe, and a happy Christmas!

We pretty much work on a "made-to-order" setup to limit our expenses and not build up stock, also avoiding producing pieces that will be more/less popular with our customers.

Poor quality for the price
Poor quality for the price. Worn twice and on the second time of taking off the loop simply came away from the metal holding meaning it’s unwearable. Quality is very poor considering how much it cost.

Dear Matt,
We are trying to find "Matt" in our order-system after that we took over the company, but we do not have any with that name since we changed everything. We bought and took over Thor of Sweden in autumn of 2018 and it must be that you had an experience from the previous setup. We want to help and support also the old customers - now things are completely different in Thor of Sweden compared to the time when you ordered - we focus on high quality, good service aim at nothing else than the highest customer satisfaction.
The production procedures have been changed, the way we assemble the bracelets, how we ship, and how we support - so basically a complete "renovation".
To go into details we now work with 100% recycled silver in Sterling 935, the cord (and now also leather cord) are bought in very high quality, we use the strongest, yet environmentally friendly, glue there is in the market, and we try to be as quick as possible no matter if it is about shipments or answering customers.

Superior Product, Impressive Customer Care
Initially I had some problems ordering online and I contacted Thor of Sweden directly, they could not have been more helpful, Niels in particular paid personal attention to my order and I received it promptly, I am delighted with the product, it looks like a very special gift, it's for a teenage boy, and I am hoping he's going to be as pleased with it as I am.
