We are sorry to hear that you feel unhappy about the service fee associated with your plan. We understand that fees are an important consideration when choosing the right solution for dealing with debt.
When a debt management plan is set up, any fees are explained during the assessment and form part of the agreement before the plan begins, with further details included in the documentation we provide. These fees cover the work involved in managing the plan on your behalf, including negotiating with creditors, distributing your monthly payments, and providing ongoing support while you work towards becoming debt free.
During the early stages of the plan the fees are slightly higher, before reducing after the initial setup period. If you would like to discuss this with us, please contact the team and we will be happy to review your account with you.

Efficient and Sympathetic members of staff
I found Fresh Start very efficient when dealing with any queries I had to ask of them. They were very efficient and dealt with my debtors knowing my circumstances in a sympathetic way and made sure I could pay a monthly contribution within my budget before agreeing to accept my monthly repayments.

A simple way to get your out of control finances sorted in an affordable way

Amazing people and amazing company
The reason why this compan provides an excellent srevice is because of its people. It looks like that all the advisors are amazing, efficient and really nice people to deal with. That said, we understand your concern about the fees and how your payments are distributed. Our fees are always outlined clearly at the start of your plan and are designed to cover the ongoing management of your account, including negotiating with creditors, dealing with correspondence, and providing continued support throughout. We will never take more from you for a management fee than what is being distributed to your creditors. After a quick check of your account, I can see that the bulk of your monthly payment (75%) is being distributed to your creditors from each payment you make.
If you’d like a detailed breakdown of how your payments have been allocated or want to review your plan, we’d be happy to go through this with you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.
