Disappointing lack of attention to detail
I wouldn’t rely on this company if you need an end of tenancy clean and you want your deposit back. Unfortunately they just didn’t do the job well and this was pointed out on our check-out report, all in areas which the company claims to cover, e.g. insides of windows, bathroom tiles, WC. We regret paying the money as we could have done a better job ourselves, saved money AND got our deposit back.
We initially left a nice review as we wanted to support small business, but only had very limited time to check the clean on the day as we were moving cities and so we missed some things. When we contacted their customer service team to point out the basic errors, they admitted them but seemed to think this was fine and didn’t feel it was the right thing to do to offer us any compensation.
Don’t take the risk!

A Fraud. Do not waste your money
In very plain terms, do not book with these people. I wanted an end of term tenancy cleaning service but this was misrepresented by the person I spoke to over the phone.
I had specifically called to clarify that what I needed done which included cleaning inside and outside my conservatory. Only to be told AFTER I had paid that the conservatory roofs cannot be cleaned and they do not have the know-how.
My carpet which was included in the plan was also misrepresented. Issly did not tell me that the carpets will not be shampooed and deep cleaned, which was one of the reasons I'd ordered the service in the first place.
The staff that arrived were unprofessional and didn't do a proper job and had to be prompted to do half a decent job.
In summary, I should have simply hired a regular cleaner to do the cleaning at less than half the price. Unfortunately, I wasted my money on this service.

The service you initially booked was meticulously detailed, outlining all inclusions and specifying the areas that would be cleaned on the scheduled day. Our colleagues diligently answered all your questions during the booking process, and you expressed satisfaction, leading to the confirmation of the booking.
On the service day, there was a request to clean the external roof of your conservatory, a specialized service that is not part of our standard offerings. We made an exception at your insistence, charging an additional £20 for the cleaning of the outside of the conservatory. However, cleaning the roof was not feasible, and this limitation was communicated to you on the day.
We believe it is disproportionate to label our team and company as fraudulent based on this misunderstanding. Your property underwent a thorough deep clean, and upon your inspection at the end, you expressed satisfaction with the overall service.

Poor cleaning service and extremely rude customer service
What a terrible service overall, the company should be ashamed of themselves.
We booked a moving out clean on the day we moved out but they did an awful job and did not provide a deep clean like we had paid for. Multiple areas that were detailed on the invoice were missed and my housemates and I then had to spend another 2 hours cleaning the areas that had been neglected in order to meet the landlord’s expectations when we handed over the keys. We inspected the house while the cleaners were still there and told them the areas of concern, however their attitude was extremely dismissive - one of them sat crouched in the doorway, with what can only be described as a miserable face, while the other half-heartedly wiped a duster over the explained areas and then left.
We then reached out to the customer service team explaining the issues while providing photo evidence of the poor service. Initially they told us the areas of concern were not listed in our invoice but offered a re-clean of these areas. However we’d already moved out of the property so this was not possible and I told them so, while also highlighting that the areas of concern were listed on the invoice and should have been attended to.
After this, Adam from the customer service team became extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. They said that their terms state that once the service is rendered it becomes non-refundable - but how can we be dissatisfied and request a refund before the service is rendered?
From reading through the other reviews on here, it appears as though we are not the first customers to have received a substandard service, and I am positive that we will not be the last. Save your money and clean yourselves or find an alternative company - Issly Task will just take the mick and then come at you with sarcasm and unprofessionalism when you reach out with a concern.

Arrived one hour late
Arrived one hour later than scheduled. Gave me an initial estimate of 3-4 hours cleaning time. When 3 hours had passed they looked nowhere near finished, so I asked again when do they expect to finish as I had other commitments planned. They said they’re not sure. They ended up finishing after 6.5 hours. Communication not efficient as had to go back and forth many times to check if they’re finished. When I came to check at the end, the team leader was gone and no one available to go through my comments. The actual cleaning was good, but very disappointed with communication and not sticking to the agreed times.

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Issly Task for a 3BR property. Four cleaners somehow spent 7 hours at the property with myself and my wife occasionally checking on things and pointing out what they had missed.
Despite this, the house was left dirty (dusty, cobwebs, dirt on the floor, cleaner residue on the hob and hood, streaks in the toilet, dirt on the baseboards, limescale in the shower, uncleaned windows, etc). I had to spend hours of my own time cleaning the property properly after they left to ensure our deposit was returned to us.
On top of this, given photo evidence of the poor cleaning, the complaint team just ignored the photos and instead tried to assert that I owed extra because (1) the hob had 6 burners instead of 4, (2) the washer and dryer were in a cupboard and thus this is a "utility room" and should cost extra, and (3) the cleaners had to dust the shutters on the windows, which apparently is extra despite the contract listing "Dust, wipe down, and remove cobwebs. Clean and polish all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Wash windows, sills, and ledges" for the bedrooms and living room. Then, having lost their argument about getting paid more for not cleaning in the first place, they simply asserted that there would be no refunds.
In summary, absolutely do not use this company. Their cleaning is terrible and their customer service is terrible.

After the Issly Task response, which again simply ignores my complaints and actually lies (I have received no deposit back or refund or anything), I once agin strongly recommend that no one books this service.
In response to the response, the property _could_ have been cleaned by a team of 2 professional cleaners. However, you sent 4 amateurs who didn't even know which cleaning products to use on a stainless steel cooktop. The other things I've already addressed in my original review.
If there was only 10 minutes worth of cleaning in the photos, why was it still a problem after 7 hours?
We did not "closely supervise". We had to have someone at the property to let the cleaners in and lock up after, so someone sat in another room working and checked on the cleaners every hour or so. This became more frequent as it became clear the cleaners did not know what they were doing.
Once again, I've received no deposit or money back, so this is just a blatant lie.
I told you a negative review would follow only after you refused to refund me or acknowledge any issues because what other recourse do I have? You're not willing to clean properly or provide a refund, so I'll have to make do with ensuring everyone knows what kind of company this is.
Do not waste your time or money with this company.

However, our team of four spent seven hours at your property. During this time, you requested additional cleaning services, such as the utility room, a large range cooker, shutters, and blinds throughout the property, amounting to £130.
Your complaint includes photos depicting a minimal amount of cleaning, which would typically take less than 10 minutes. Considering you already benefitted from a combined 28-hour clean, we find it challenging to justify a refund based on this.
Our team reported that you closely supervised them, pointing out areas for cleaning even before they had started, causing unnecessary stress. Your constant presence and scrutiny during the entire cleaning process was uncivilized, leaving our team feeling overwhelmed.
It's worth noting that you had already received your deposit back before expressing dissatisfaction with our services. We informed you that any re-clean would require payment for the additional, unpaid services, but you insisted on a refund.
While we take genuine complaints seriously and strive to rectify any issues, we believe your complaint was an attempt to coerce a refund. This belief is strengthened by your explicit statement that a negative review would follow if we did not meet your demands. We remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns but stand firm against manipulative tactics.

Oustanding Service
Issly Task performed a Deep Clean at my house. I got the keys on the Friday and very quickly realised it needed a serious deep clean throughout.
I contacted Issly Task and they replied promptly and were very professional and polite. They answered any questions I had and told me the cost upfront.
Issly Task arrived early on the Monday.
All I can say is WOW. They worked so hard from the top of the house to the bottom. Walls, skirting, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory were all scrubbed. They even removed ancient masking tape from so.e skirting boards. Black mould on Upvc windows was diligently removed.
I was at the house for half of the time but had to leave to go to work.
Being honest, I panicked at the filth in the property, but I am so pleased I chose Issly Task. They made an awful situation 100% better.
They worked so hard and did such a good job and fully deserved every penny they charged, which was very reasonable. They were also trustworthy and left the key where I askdd them to.
I highly recommend Issly Task.
