I have started the process and so far they have been doing great

Nic Reed was very polite and courteous. He provided all the necessary information I needed, answered all my questions and worked to get me the best interest rate. Loan costs were lower than those of Quicken Loans.

Began the process in March. It’s now June and the loan still hasn’t closed. No one returns your texts, emails or phone calls. Don’t use them.

Terryl was fantastic! She explained things well and the process was done quickly and efficiently. She made me feel confident in choosing Loandepot.

From the initial contact to several follow ups, the whole process was so easy to follow. He carefully & competently guided us thru the lending process. I will highly recommend Cross Country Mortgage, and in particular Sean Long to anyone I know that is looking for a mortgage loan. Sean and the team @ CCM have been absolutely professional in handling our loan. We had spent over 2 months with another lender before reaching out to Cross Country. Wow are we impressed with this team of professionals.

First and foremost, I must put this success squarely where it deserves to be put....Mr. Spencer German is quite honestly the most professional yet friendly company rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with in years!! Were it not for him, I would not have started the loan process so quickly. He made everything so very easy, and explained in detail each step as we went. HE gave me the confidence to move forward and is an "invaluable" member of your staff. Being an old First Sergeant and from an older generation....I go out of my way to let people know when they have done an "outstanding" job, and also let their supervisors know also. This man is worth his weight in gold, and I hope and pray that your company will see that he is promoted for his simply wonderful service. Again, were it not for Spencer, I would not have started this process. Your TV advertising is also correct and you have a truly outstanding company if Spencer has work mates of similar quality. CrossCountry MTG are a bait and switch company. Told me that if they cannot beat my locked in rate they would give me $500 for my trouble. Didn't happen because they will figure a way out of paying that best MTG promise. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
