Good so far, only part way through the process.

I worked with Erica at Loan Depot. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She walked me though a couple of options and then I made a selection and we proceeded. The process was easy and quick.

Allen was very patient and knowledgeable he answered my questions waited patiently for me to read n sign contacts and was very helpful.

Lender credit was offered and it fell thru after interest rate was locked and credit reports were run/payment was taken. Definitely do not recommend.

I worked with an angel named Kate M.
She helped me on practically every step of the way. I am not a technical oriented person at all so this process of refinancing is a nightmare for me. When I retired years ago I left the computers behind. Kate managed to patiently walk me through. She needs to be in a classroom teaching.
