So far everything is smooth..

So far so good. Just on the initial application and doc upload step. Still have to go over rates/fees/payments that will suit my needs and budget. Laon officer Tania has been very helpful and professional during this process.

I would recommend Quicken Loans if you want someone to listen to you every step of the way. You will have your own personal representative that helps you with all the paperwork and sourcing of documents until your loan closes.

My agent Chris Estrada did a fantastic job of helping me whenever I had a question! Customer service is on point! If I ever need another loan in the future I know I will choose loan depot!!!! Highly recommend!!

Everything was so easy. We got connected with the best mortgage guy, who explained everything to me on the phone for over an hour until I was able to recite it back and make a decision. He was patient with us and had our beat interest in mind. The whole process has been so easy.

Miss Konen was very thorough and efficient to walk me through the steps to get my loan.

They stated initially that the were closing on average 20 days. This is a two story three bedroom brick home on one acre that has an additional building housing a beauty shop. Thirty days later they finally informed me that the appraiser determined that the highest value for my three bedroom single family home is commercial and that they would not give me a loan.

The experience was all good. My loan was worked amazingly fast.
