I applied for refinance on my home. Greg Schroeder and Scott Drauher were awesome. They were very helpful and patient with me in all the processing. Very friendly and courteous. They kept me informed on everything. I look forward to dealing with Rocket Mortgage. They have great customer service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Tina was very helpful and understood what I wanted in a refinance package. There wasn't any pressure only answers. I felt their rates were more than competitive.

Our loan agent was very nice, courteous and so helpful..she was very patient with us and answered all our questions.
She really worked for us to get the best refinance and was looking out for our best interests and kept us in the loop with lots of phone conversations.

Everyone was great and I did most of it on my phone

I'm realy not sure what I expected. I was just looking for a broad estimate of what the loan rates would be and how much I could barrow. With in seconds of me hitting the enter button my phone it blew up with calls and it continued for several days. The lender I chose has been great to work with and we are almost ready to close. I will say the Rocket Mortgage was a little aggressive, not sure if I was talking to a computer, he would stop long enough for me to tell him we had already made a decision on a lender.

Ed seemed to love his job and appeared to have a genuine interest in finding me the best loan. Great company vibe.

Jessica was great, very helpful, honest and was always immediate with her response to my phone calls and emails. I would recommend Jessica for any loan needs.

My contact Matthew at Cross Country went far and above to make it happen in a timely manner. I worked with Loan Depot for over four months and they could not get their act together and close the Loan so I had to cancel. Very happy with Matt.

So far everything through Loan Depot has been good, our loan officer Bassel Elbathy, has been very explanatory about every detailed thing where it was made clearly to us.

David was thoroughly professional and at the same time patient and cordial with me--no small accomplishment since I suffer from Parkinson's Disease, failing eyesight, diminished hearing, and a speech impediment. I never felt pressured or manipulated, unlike the unpleasant sales tactics others among his would be competitors employed. David was the first among several mortgage professionals to contact me and I never saw any reason to "swap horses in mid-stream" to another company's representative. ALONG VERY QUIKLEY WITH THE LOAN KEEPING ME INFORMED
AS SHE GOES ALONG.

Your underwriter tried to get me to have cash and stocks and bonds to cover the complete loan. The loan to value was about 54% of the house value not until I said I would inform fair housing that you were trying to make me have twice the loan value did they stop.

They tried to make my wife get a letter from her employer that she was employed even though the employer was listed on the last two tax returns and she is an R.N. and according to the last to loans I did as long as she was employed as and R.N. it did not make any difference how long she had been with her current employer because she was still working as an R.N. doing the same thing nursing.

Since we own more than one house buying and refinancing is done on a regular basis by me.

Everyone else was great and a real help but they are stuck with the underwriter(s).
