I would just like to say what a amazing job the boiler fitters, fan fitters and loft insulation fitters have done. They was all very pleasant people and friendly and showed amazing respect to our property. Thankyou so much to all involved and of course to the main people who started the process. Everyone we spoke to, the surveyor, the people on the phone and the installers too, was really helpful and nice. Can’t praise them enough to be honest. They told us what was going on the whole time. When they said they’d ring back, they actually did, which don’t happen much these days. That’s what proper service is.
Can’t believe how it all happened. One day I was stuck with no heating and not sure what to do, next day free energy savings got some installers to came out and sorted it all. Got a new boiler and some insulation too. The lads turned up on time and got straight to it. No messing about. They came around 9:30 and was all done by 4 in the afternoon. Hardly any disruption, I just got on with my day. The workers was really nice and smiley. I’d defo recommend this company to others.
The team that fitted the boiler did a fantastic job. They arrived right on time at 11am and had everything done by 3:00pm, leaving us with a perfectly working new boiler. They made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, which we really appreciated..
A lot of eco companies said no to us, but then free energy savings called and accepted us when others didn't. They did a great job with our loft insulation and boiler. the workers were polite and worker really hard. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I'd tell anyone who needs their heating upgraded to go with free energy savings. They are a good company.
Free Energy Savings came last week to do the loft insulation. They showed up at 10am as planned. Even though i wasn't home they kept me informed with phone calls. I had left some old boxes in the loft and they took care of them without any fuss. When I got back everything was done perfectly. They even cleaned up and bagged all the waste. Great job and a great team!
Fantastic service from beginning to end. I told the team about my broken boiler and the freezing temperatures in my home and they made sure to install a new boiler the very next day. The boiler engineer and insulation fitters were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up all the waste and ensured everything was put back in its place. Thanks you for doing such a great job.

We were sceptical about the free ECO4 funding for loft insulation and a new boiler, but it turned out to be real! Free energy savings team finished all the work in 2 days, cleaned up afterward, and were incredibly polite and professional. Our 19 year oil boiler was on its last legs, but now we have a warm home and look forward to saving ion energy bills. Highly recommend Free Energy Savings to anyone who qualifies. Big thanks to Free Energy Savings for their outstanding service. I asked about getting a new boiler through the government grant not thinking I'd qualify, but I did. From the first call, they explained everything clearly and without any pressure. In about 5 days. after some online forms and sharing info about my old boiler, a surveyor came out to survey my property. They then set up an installation appointment that suited me. The engineer who did the job was amazing. I'm so happy with how easy the smooth the whole process was. Thanks a lot!
I've had workmen in my home before who made me feel uneasy, but not these guys. They were friendly, polite, and very professional. They worked efficiently as a team, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them, very satisfied customer!
