I wish I'd realised the Trustpilot reviews on their site were fake.

I didn't think to try and click through to read their reviews in more depth, but now I have, you can tell they're fake.

There's absolutley no customer service response to my return query via several emails for the last two weeks, via the site, or via their Instagram. The "easy returns" policy just isn't true and there's no way to get in touch with them.

I ordered a dress (which was very expensive to me) which arrived incredibly late and really isn't good quality. I didn't realise they're not in Manchester, and just feel really silly now that I've wasted so much money.

I wouldn't recommend at all.

Do not buy from this company they are awful.
Advertise free delivery and hassle free returns……
1. They charge you £4.99 for “safe delivery”. Which arrives a week and a half late after advertising they do next day.
Sizes are two sizes small, the quality is cheap and smells cheap.
2. When it came to returns they refused mega hassle getting money back!
after a lengthy battle to get money back they want to send items back …. But to china!!! Strange as they advertise that they are uk based! Fuming will not touch this company nor recommend

Utter garbage. You'll wait for weeks when what you have purchased is needed urgently, avoid this company folks, all these negative reviews speak volumes.

Shocking quality product when it eventually arrived, customer care is non existent also, please do not make the same mistake I did and not read the trust pilot reviews. Cheaply made Chinese utter S**T

The Lizy Body Shaper is a brilliant concept for backless dresses. The adhesive part is very strong—almost a bit too sticky when taking it off—but it certainly stays exactly where you want it.

The Sith Sandals are beautifully designed and very supportive. I’m only giving 3 stars because the straps were a tiny bit stiff on the first day, but they softened up nicely after a few walks.

I ordered a bag from a website called ‘mysa London’. By the time the bag arrived the website had been closed down (with no way of contacting them) and rebranded as this one- ‘Beckmiller’. I’ve checked the Mysa London trust pilot reviews and now know why it was shut down! Despite stating that they are a UK based company, the bag was shipped from china, and has all the poor quality markers you would expect from a cheap import company. Bag was advertised as ‘anti theft’, I have now idea how so as it literally closes with a zip and a popper. It wasn’t particularly cheap either! Total waste of money and time, avoid at all costs.

The women's blazer I ordered fits beautifully across the shoulders. The sleeves are a fraction too long for my 5'2 height, so I just cuff them up, which actually gives it a very cool, modern look.

Simple, elegant, and well made.
