I’ve had a couple issues with my scooter. I contact Freeboy notify them about my one year manufacture warranty bang taken care of any question I had I got the answer. They guide you through your process if you got a question or something like that I don’t know how to do something they send you a video how to do it. You got a question about when your parts gonna be there. They promptly give you the tracking number they’ve taken care of my every problem every time thank you free boy I’ve been recommending you to everybody and I will continue to do so.DONE RITE on TikTok look me up I’m also gonna post a review video on TikTok as soon as the park gets here. also, before I end this, I want everyone to know they understand when you’re trying to deal with an issue with warranty work. It could be very stressful at times. They have a very calm demeanor has been my experience. They will step you through. explain the process, even when you’re ready to throw in the towel he talked me down off the ledge metaphorically thanks again Freeboy you guys rock

I was worried that it was going to take a long time to ship. I let them know that I use my scooter to make deliveries for a living, and needed the part asap. They were very understanding, got the part shipped in the minimum time that was promised. I really appreciate that. I will definitely get any parts needed in the future from Freeboy's online store.

A Solid Scooter for the Price
I’ve ridden my Freeboy J11 Max electric scooter for around 670 km so far, and I’m very satisfied with it. I haven’t had any major problems, and the scooter feels robust and well-built. So far, everything works as it should.
The only issue I’ve noticed is with the electronics. The lights occasionally don’t work as they should, but it’s a minor issue and doesn’t bother me too much.
Overall, I’m very happy with the scooter, especially considering its relatively low price. It has performed well so far, and I hope it continues to do so.
EDIT: About 3 months it worked pretty good, except for the light problem. Now it’s just totally worthless. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE! It’s not worth the money, even though it’s pretty cheap. You’ll get a much, much better scooter for the same price.

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, bought a replacement rear motor for my j30 max and it's not working properly after 4 months and 30 emails later and they say its my controller that's not sending the correct signals but I put my son's motor on it and it works fine.avoid as when you have a problem they won't fix it and won't even send a return address to sent the motor to have it inspected.rubbish company that won't get another penny out of me.

Dear Customer, I'm really sorry for the trouble. It turns out the delivery failed because the phone number on file didn't match, so the package was returned to the carrier's warehouse. We've now provided them with your correct number, and they'll be reshipping the order from there.
Their warehouse needs a few business days to process this before it ships out again, and I'll send you the new tracking number as soon as it's available.

The i scooter is amazing in itself! It is well built, lots of lights, bells and whistles! It is extremely fast!!
We have yet to get past #2 speed setting.
The people that I dealt with at the warehouse were super nice and easy to deal with.
