Got an invoice for £72 and ive not even applied for a tax refund as I know im not even due a tax refund what are they doing

These are the worst people ever, they gave me CCJ for not complying with them I got absolutely stalked by a Stacey women they kept fine… me and then they done this to me…… everyone keep away from these solicitors…… the worst ever my complaint is going in with a citizen advice over this 😬

Had another stupid letter from DCBL saying they were sorry to see i had not made a payment or been in touch ,well I had been in touch after eventually getting through to them after at least 50 attempts.
Got through again today after 40 minutes wait on phone , I explained again why I wasn't paying them anything and Frederick Edwards were obtaining money from people by deception.
DCBL said they had been asked by Frederick Edwards Ltd to collect money owed but on the other phone call I had they stated Frederick Edwards had passed the £284.65 I owed to them and I owed it them now DCBL.
Why do I owe it to DCBL they haven't done anything for me like Frederick Edwards had claimed they had chased a tax rebate for me but I never received any money.
I spoke to HMRC about this and they said they had no recollection of Frederick Edwards or anyone else else contacting them about it tax.
Frederick Edwards obviously couldn't do anything for me but still tried to charge me and when I didn't pay they added interest and got me a CCJ on my record without me knowing
Scam company so stay away.
DCBL stated they'd take me to court to resolve this ,I told them I'm happy for them to do this in fact I'll be happy to take them myself and explain to a judge the situation even though on the DCBL letter my debt wasn't subject to high court action or bailiff action but if they wanna bring it on !

Had a reply saying they dont send invoices for £72 (LIARS) wonder if they can confirm Lynne and Dale also don't work there morally so wrong so blatant only have to see the reviews to see what type of place it is

Avoid!!!avoid!!Absolutely horrendous company do not use absolutely scammers!! cancel this after realising I didn’t want to proceed which are saying now I didn’t cancel demanding £72.00 this been going for months..please guys do not use!! Causing me so much stress..bombarded with phone calls and emails for the last 5 months!! Bullies that what they are!!

Absolute cowboys. Been issued a £72 invoice for nothing. How these leeches are allowed to con people like this is a disgrace. Spoke to Lynne who told me repeated lies, then was passed over to Dale, who wasn’t much better. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SHOWER OF CHARLATANS!!!!!!!!!

Hi!recieved another threatening letter on behalf of dcblegal.ltd from the nusicance firm of fredrick edwards associates ltd moneys gone way up!its now £576.why arent they shut down?i will also be sending this to hmrc.ref 256607.778D.😁

Only signed up to query after my father died as i saw it on Facebook they kept calling after and i said im not interested and now a invoice for £72 thank you.
This is making me ill emailed twice to despute and no reply. Also have citizens advice involved what has anyone else done in this situation i cant afford this please

STAY AWAY. I innocently clicked a link on their Facebook page months ago to see if I was eligible for a tax refund and was later called to say I now had to pay a fee for signing up to their service, THIS IS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE YOU SIGN UP and I’ve not got solicitors phoning me for the money. I have contacted the police and will be contacting HMRC to take this further. By the looks of the other reviews these are stupid people who do nothing but scam. Go get a real job 🖕

I did not sign up to anything I just inquired about work uniform tax rebate. Now ive had three letters claiming I owe £288 i haven't received any services or given any details . Can someone please help with resolving this issue I live on a budget.

This company are an absolute nightmare bullying and heckling they are trying to bully me just now as it is impossible for me to get information required reading other review there definitely is a Stacey who works for them I have consulted a solicitor who has advised to wait for a court order to be served then we can take action against them bully tricks and heckling also contacted news paper about this firm avoid at all costs

This company is a scam they do not explain their terms and conditions clearly and after doing absolutely nothing they start billing you ridiculous amounts and threatening to take you to court i strongly do not recommend this joke of a company

I don't even remember signing up with this company and I have now had 2 emails from them saying that I have to pay them £72.00 because I haven't been in touch with them scary

I had put a bad review before because I thought I was going to get fined the same as everyone else.After seeing all the bad reviews.After a male member of staff had contacted me and he had said I had given the wrong information and I would get charged for this.I was really worried.
Luckily I decided to call Lynn Marshall today.Lynn had sent me a email to call her with Fredrick Edwards Associates Limited.
Lynn was very kind and explained the misunderstanding of my case and that everything was alright.She put my mind at ease.Lynn sorted everything and She closed my case as no win no fee.Thank you Lynn

One of the biggest con I ever been involved. I was unlucky to fight them in the court as I could not afford the solicitor and legal team national help line and citizens advise buerogh was useless. My case was muddled up because of them justice was in favor of con artist. I wish they rott in hell. Scaming people who just live in on budget to meet end with daily life cost.

No better than a scammer, absolute joke, should be ashamed to call them selves so called professionals, no doubt they will respond with the same response as the rest of the negative reviews " we have checked our data base and can't find you", infact not one positive review on here, conn artists God love the poor souls who do pay your outrageous demands for money

Absolute awful company took 6 months to sort my refund and all I got was £7 steer clear of these jokers
