First of all, thank you very much! Everything went smoothly from the first contact to returning the camper. I had never driven a camper before, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience

We rented a Class C RV from Fraserway RV in Delta and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and made the whole process super easy. The RV was spotless, well-equipped, and drove beautifully. Their Rv tour/explanation was also great, and it was super helpful (we were first timers). We’ll definitely be renting from Fraserway again - Best trip ever!

We picked up our motorhome from Whitehorse and returned it in Vancouver (Delta). They whole process went smoothly. The unit was in great condition at pickup, and everything worked quite nicely. The staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

This summer we had a great trip through Canada (BC) and the north-west of USA. It was our second time with a truck-camper. There were no problems to get diesel anywhere, most gas stations sell it now. Driving was very comfortable and with the small camper we never had problems to find a place to stay. Even parking was easy. We enjoyed nature and people, and the service from Fraserway was great, even during the trip when we had to manage a problem. Thank you - we would decide for Fraserway every time again!

An RV can be an essential part of a trip when you're traveling, like in our situation. When an RV can bring the comfort you need during your trip, then you're halfway. When the service offered by the team is great as well, you're in for a wonderfull stay and an experience you will not forget.

Everything perfect, no problems!

From the pick up from the hotel to the friendly staff at the office, we had a great experience with Fraserway. We loved our truck camper and had a fantastic 3-week trip around West Canada. The return procedure was also very efficient en friendly. We would definitely rent with Fraserway again!

The vehicle was almost new, the living area seemed a little older to us, but that wasn't a problem. Everything worked well. What I liked most was the smooth process at Fraserway. Vehicle pickup and return went smoothly.

Our first time renting an RV, and experiencing Fraserway.

The collection process in Vancouver took quite a bit longer than we had expected, but perhaps that was down to naivety on our part. Make sure to allow a couple of hours for the full process.

We had a thorough demonstration of our C class medium RV, and found it to be spotlessly clean and in very good order. The vehicle had clearly been prepared by staff that take pride in their work, even the windows were polished to a shine inside and out, as someone who likes a clean car, I couldn't find fault! As a keen driver, I was also pleased to see that the vehicle had good quality matching M&S rated tyres all round with plenty of tread. These vehicles are clearly well cared for.

Coming from the UK, this was a big vehicle to drive, but we soon got the hang of it, and found it to be a the perfect size for my wife and I, and our 2 kids.

We had everything we needed on the vehicle, and this allowed us to travel worry free and enjoy what will likely be a once in a lifetime adventure for us.

The return process was very efficient, I pointed out a few niggly issues and was confident that these were taken seriously and would be rectified before the vehicle was sent out again. We took good care of our RV, and the gentleman that completed the inspection was genuinely pleased, something for me that further demonstrates the pride that Fraserway staff take in their fleet.

If we are ever able to do something like this again, Fraserway would be my choice of RV provider.

Did a relocation in July from Edmonton to Vancouver in C-Small. Fraserway provided everything we need, so we weren't short of comfort at all. We had so much fun and definitely would recommend Fraserway RV.
Amazing staff, fast procedure and super helpful

We hebben de RV opgepikt in Edmonton. Afgesproken tijd was uiterlijk 13.00u, maar bij aankomst werd er aangegeven dat het nog meer dan 2 uur zou duren totdat de RV gereed zou zijn voor ons. De RV zelf had ‘maar’ 80.000 km op de teller, maar alles rammelde en piepte en RV zelf zag er oud uit. Bed extreem hard, dus hebben zelf nog een topper gekocht. Verder werkte alles naar behoren. Voor de terugweg (departure Vancouver) hadden we een transfer geboekt. Bij aankomst moesten we 3 (!!!) uur wachten voordat deze transfer ging. We hadden van tevoren netjes aangegeven dat we met een kind van 1 reizen en er dus een autostoel nodig is. Bij het instappen bleek deze er niet te zijn en kregen we als reactie: dan had je maar een taxi moeten boeken. Ze moest op schoot gedurende een 1 uur+ durende rit over de snelweg, want de locatie ligt ver buiten Vancouver. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad, dus dit bedrijf was zo’n gigantische domper van een start en afsluiting. Gelukkig was alles daartussen geweldig.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Do not use!!
We have just finished a wonderful trip around Canada however this has been destroyed by the appalling customer service service from FraserwayRV.
Unfortunately on our trip, an incident occurred where we needed help from the emergency services and Fraserways on road support team. We spoke to three different people from the on road support team and all were unhelpful or told us lies. This included not being able to answer basic questions (eg. Where should the rv be towed to), the police noticed Fraserway had issues EXPIRED documents in the vehicle. On top of all this, THREE people from the Fraserway team told us as we had no RV to sleep in, to get a hotel and it would be reimbursed when we dropped off the RV. However, we immediately were told back at the Vancouver branch this was a hard no, simply being told this is not the policy with NO explanation why three people from Fraserway had given us clear instructions that that is what we should do. I urge Fraserway to stop your staff from handing out misinformation to your customers and to be trained on all policies and how to be even slightly useful in emergency situations.
Anyone who wants to book an RV from a company you can trust with good customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

We rented a Fraserway RV and had a very disappointing experience from the start.
We waited pick up at 10.45 at the airport hotel which was the standard pick up time confirmed by email. We were sent an email on the morning of the pick up to ask if we could instead be there at 10.15. We replied yes that was fine as we had arrived early and were already waiting at the Sheriton Gateway Hotel from 09:45. The driver did not turn up till 11.15 so not a great start!
The situation did not improve. Lady who checked us in had the wrong person's contract details on her screen so was asking us questions not applicable to us and telling us we did not have full insurance cover or extra mileage added. Quite a long time wasted. The look around of the RV was not thorough and quite rushed. We had to ask for certain things to be provided, for example sheets and pillows for the above cab bed as we sleep separately. The Satnav was set up in German which she had to change and again this took a long while. Then there was not a correct power lead and this took her an age to find. She gave the indication that it was all too much trouble. As this is the first time we have ever been in an RV any information was extremely useful to us. We eventually left at 2pm so we had been there 2 hours for something that should have only taken 45 mins. This in turn made us late to our first campsite.

As we arrived at our first campsite it was getting dark so we had to prepare for the night with a phone torch as the Fraserway torch did not work. After having very quick showers we found water filling up the toilet and overflowing into and through the RV. We do not know what caused this to happen but as you can imagine it was very stressful. We quickly turned off the city water feed (which was properly attached) and emptied the grey and black waste tanks into the sewer adjacent to our RV (it was lucky we had a sewer). Both tanks were full so evidently we had taken the RV from Cookstown with the previous user's waste! It took till midnight to sort out the flood water (sadly no mop is provided in the standard kit so we had to use all our towels which then had to be then washed at the next campsite).

The next day on filling the RV with gas for the first time we noticed it could not have been full when we took it from Cookstown.
The ladder for the above cab bed does not stay fixed to its bracket so falls off during travel. The waste water tanks indicator lights are not accurate so there is no way of knowing when tanks are getting full. It would be very useful to have a cartridge with which to take waste from the RV to the site dump stations without having to drive the RV each time.

The kitchen utensils were very inadequate. There were 3 saucepans with only 2 lids that fitted, the smaller of the saucepans did not fit on the gas properly so this was dangerous to use. We had to buy a cheese grater and another couple of items. Tea towels smelt horrible so had to be washed. They also did not dry dishes very well. A washing up bowl would be useful to take dishes to a site washing up facility. The fridge had a tendency to swing open when travelling (we do not drive fast) and on one occasion food fell out! There were no instructions in the van on how to operate the oven/microwave, this was an issue, it took us 2 hours to cook pizza and chips which still were not cooked. The only paperwork in the van were instructions on how to operate the van and these were in Dutch! It would also have been nice to have had a screwdriver which we believe should have been in the toolbag but wasn't.

The wifi we rented was useless, it kept going off, luckily all the campsites we went to had their own for us to link up to otherwise we would have struggled.

There were also two other issues that were dealt with by very helpful staff in Bedford and we were very grateful for their highly professional and friendly handling of this, although we had to sign an nda!!
Also the on-road help line worked very well and they solved a few issues for us.
Compensation of $200 (£100) was totally inadequate for all the problems and stress we encountered.
