We bought a rental minnie winnie 2020 131000 miles. Reasonable price. We bought it at the Denver location. I have to say, their salesman Vincent Desalvo was professional and personable. He knew 99% of the info we needed and his walk thru was very informative He made it easy and answered a ton of questions for us.

We didn’t rent the motor home due to bad conditions
We didn’t rent the motor home due to unsecured parking and the condition of the camper. It was well used with a hole in the floor vinyl, hole in refrigerator, cabinet door falling apart, etc. I am a US vet who doesn’t want favor, but not returning my deposit after ruining a once in a life time trip is inexcusable.

C25 ab/an Houson März '26
Wir bekamen in Houson Anfang März '26 unseren C25, er war erst 15 Monate alt... technisch also recht frisch. Wenn man sich an das - im Vergleich zu europäischen Fahrzeugen - schaukelnde Fahrverhalten und die schwammige Lenkung gewöhnt hat, war der Camper okay. Aber aufgepasst: Das Auto ist so gut wie nackt. Geschirr, Besteck, 1 Rolle Klopapier, 1 Pfanne ohne Deckel, 1 grosser und ein kleiner Kochtopf... das wars. Der Sewertank (Dumpwater) zeigte ständig 'voll', das Waschbecken hatte keinen Stopfen (abgewaschen wurde im Kochtopf, ging auch...) Besorgt euch eine Fußmatte, ansonsten tragt ihr den Dreck (oder Sand, wie in unserem Fall) ins Fahrzeug. Die dazu buchbaren Laken (kommen dann mit Handtüchern, Kissen und Decke) passen nur auf 1 Bett, das hintere. Waren in unserem Fall immer noch dreckig, mit einem dicken Fleck drauf...) Für vorn, im Alkoven, müsst ihr bei Walmart ein Spannbettlaken für 'Kingsize' kaufen, sonst wird das nix. Kostet schlappe 35,- Dollar. Besorgt euch eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Verlängerungskabel! Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht / kaum regeln, der Saft fror teilweise komplett ein, so daß wir Slush- Eis hatten :-) Davon abgesehen, hat es schon funktioniert. Und - wenn jemand meint, das wären nur Kleinigkeiten: sowas kann einem schon ganz schön auf den Geist gehen, wenn du immer wieder was nachkaufen musst, weil es fehlt. Und im Endeffekt lässt du ja alles zurück...

I felt like I was gaslit and had a bait…
I felt like I was gaslit and had a bait and switched situation with them. I wasn’t informed until I went to pick it up and sat through videos and was on my way out the door that I would not be able to use the bathroom the sink the shower, which is the entire reason I was renting the RV and they didn’t want to do anything to make it right with me they didn’t seem to care that I was upset and that they had ruined an entire weeks vacation for me and several other people and they offered me zero compensation for my loss And no way to fix it. They were very condescending from customer relations, and I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances because of this if they have just made some effort to make it right with me which they did not

I recently contacted Cruise Canada to inquire about renting an RV, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The representative, Theresa I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the best option for my trip. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained the different RV models clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the entire process.
What really stood out was her friendly and professional attitude—it felt less like a sales call and more like speaking with someone who truly cared about making my trip enjoyable and stress-free. They offered helpful tips, went over important details I hadn’t even thought to ask about, and made everything easy to understand.
This level of customer service made a big difference and has definitely solidified my decision to rent with Cruise Canada. I’m looking forward to my trip and feel reassured knowing I’m dealing with such a supportive and well-informed team. Highly recommend!
