I recently purchased Juvederm fillers, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The sales manager Salma was professional and very helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
placed my order over a week ago and I still haven’t received any updates. The status still shows “preparation,” and I haven’t received any response to my messages. This is unacceptable, and I want a full refund. Very disappointing service.

France aesthetic ne remonte pas forcément en premier dans les moteurs de recherche mais a des prix très compétitifs comparables à d’autres sites plus connus et même plus compétitifs que les laboratoires eux-mêmes pour certaines ref! The lack of communication is very disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least a response or an update on my order.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, as this experience has not met expectations.

I purchased a peeling product but never received a confirmation email. Although the payment was processed, the status of my order shows as "cancelled." and I have not received my product. I have contacted them several times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this website.
