Fracture Anmeldelser

I placed my second order recently because my 1st order was excellent from ordering to delivery. The quality of the Fracture photos on glass are amazing. Both orders were for birthday gifts for family members and they were wowed by them !
Thank you for making a product that truly puts a smile on the sender and recipient's face!
I will be ordering more in the future!

Beautiful frames made very well. Love the choice of hanging with screw or double sided tape. I’ve ordered several times and they are always done quickly. Awesome customer service too.

Not quite what I hoped. I ordered two pictures. One looks pretty good but the one I really wanted doesn’t look as good. I still haven’t hung them yet while viewing them in different places. I guess it would have been better if I’d been contacted before printing as it’s hard to see what an enlarged view will look like. I may have choose to print horizontal rather than vertical. Debating my next move because it looks much better on my phone, which the family feels the same.

I Would Make Another Purchase. Excellent customer service. I bought 2 as gifts and am very pleased with the quality of the print, though one arrived cracked. The company immediately replaced it and delivered it prior to when expected. Good marks all around.

Recd a picture of my husband and I as a gift from my sister. It’s really awesome. Colors really pop on glass. I ordered the stand separately and it came super fast and I love how it holds the picture up perfectly.

The print themselves are absolutely fantastic. I noticed on this latest batch of purchases that the backing was a little bit less robust than previously was. I was able to fix one area that had torn, but when I tried to hang one of them, the keyhole slot ripped very easily. We’re talking like tissue paper.

That said and done the prints, the finish are absolutely world class and they look incredible in my home. I will buy again.

The pictures I had done was one of my wife and I the other of my wife alone. She passed in November 2025. They are both beautiful and so glad I had them done. I had what I thought was an issue taking care of via e-mail including a video of how do it.

The photos look great. It was very easy to work the website. And very quick delivery of my photos. Thank you.

This picture came out perfectly! This was a picture of my Mom and Step Dad at their favorite winery. They have recently retired and I thought this picture was a great way to show how exciting their next chapter is going to be. My Step Dad is a retired army engineer and he actually cried on site! Which in turn made my mom cry and then of course I did! This was such a beautiful family moment on Christmas Day and thanks to Fracture, a memory I will cherish forever! Thank you to all the hardworking staff at Fracture!

Colors printed on the glass seem to be more enhanced than standard photo paper. Subjects jump out in the pictures. Shipping was fast and used tremendous care in the packaging of the glass to prevent damage.

We are thrilled with our glass print, which was a memorial to our recently deceased cat. Now he sits on my husband's desk, as he did in life. The service was exemplary, as was the delivery time. I highly recommend this company!

I LOVE LOVE FRACTURE!!! I’m so glad I found you 2 years ago. My own pictures and pictures for others are absolutely beautiful!! They can’t thank me enough for giving them such a treasured gift.

Received right away. Husband loved it. It was a gift for Christmas he had just lost his dad and it ment a lot to him. Looks amazing

Very quick turnaround time and great quality. I gave this to my sister and her husband as a gift and they absolutely loved it. They were trying to decide on where to put both pictures.

Give this as a gift yearly to family. This year to our son and his girlfriend. Well received.

Results were stellar. I ordered two different surfaces of the same print to see if the ambient reflections would be an issue for the glossy and the satin finishes. I also wish you had a 24x36” offering. While you packaged two large glass prints into the same box, both prints broke loose from the fitted packaging and it was very fortunate there was no damage.

Fracture is a superior company with an excellent product. I ordered some prints from Fracture: a few to give as holiday gifts and a few to have for myself. They came packaged perfectly, and when I inspected them both from a distance and close up, the quality was outstanding. I ordered six of the medium size prints with matte finish. After the order arrived, I was back on their website reviewing their offerings of galleries and bundles and realized that I could have saved a significant amount of money by bundling—even though I'd used a holiday discount code on the individual prints. A simple email to Fracture got me a wonderful response just a day later telling me that they would refund the difference directly to my credit card. No hassle, no questions, no issues, just immediate response. Their 100% happiness guarantee is for real, and I'm 100% happy!

Fracture is a great resource and their prints on glass are amazing. You can't go wrong if you want high quality glass prints however, I would like to see them offer LARGER sizes and expand into the acrylic, metal market as I find I am using other companies for these products when I would like to shop it all on Fracture. Great customer service BTW!

They did a really good job. Well packed and good materials. The only thing I would say negative is the picture because it’s stretched out became muddled.
