Very Odd. Bonus round went off went clicked back on game loaded to a new game. Emailed about it. Then my account was restricted after complaining until submitting 4/5 different documents. Had not long signed up. At least I only wasted £50 but seems very scammy wouldn’t recommend wasting your money. Wish I’d look at reviews first

They are scammers this site should be avoided at all cost I had withdrawn 3 amounts one at 200 and one at 300 and my third was for 900 they allowed me to withdraw the two smaller amounts but refused to let me withdraw the 900 I have sent id proof of address and now after over a month without any reply from the site they are now asking for a copy of my card which I think is a joke as they have allowed me to deposit using my card they have allowed two withdraws to that card but the biggest amount they won't release this site is the biggest scam ever

Everything you have read in the most recent appalling reviews of Foxy Bingo are absolutely bonafide and the exact same thing has happened to me.

I'm chasing my tail trying to get the duplicate pending deposits showing on my bank account reversed or cancelled by Foxy (LC International). These are affecting my available balance and the amount is not to be sniffed at.

Utterly shameful practice, absolutely no excuse for freezing up players bank accounts this way and totally unhelpful customer service. Each time I contact them it's like lodging a new complaint with the representative totally unaware of my case. To add insult to injury they routinely block your account after contacting them by live chat or email with a repeated claim that they are aware of the situation and their technical team are looking into it. This has now been going on for almost two weeks.

My only hope is that the pending duplicate deposits are set to expire with my bank from 22nd May 2026 and this will cause the transactions to simply disappear and my bank balance restored to what it actually should be.

Obviously I won't hesitate to get in touch with the Gambling Commission and lodge a claim with Ask Gamblers.

I am writing this because I see I am NOT THE ONLY ONE this has happened to — look at the other reviews, EXACTLY THE SAME SCAM.

They generated 28 pending transactions from their own system, totalling £280, took the money from my bank, left it pending, and NEVER CLAIMED IT. They left me overdrawn and in financial hardship for 14 days.

When I complained and proved exactly what they did, what did they do?
✅ LIED and said they never had the money.
✅ CLOSED MY ACCOUNT to shut me up.
✅ Sent me pages and pages of GamCare, GamStop, addiction links — trying to say I have a gambling problem, trying to smear me, trying to twist my complaint because they knew they were 100% in the wrong.

AND GET THIS — I have messaged them many times before, had complaints before, and NOT ONCE did they ever send this stuff. ONLY NOW, when they got caught red‑handed.

It is NOT a mistake. It is NOT a glitch they don’t know about.

Deposited a fair amount and won a decent amount, withdraw and money in my account in seconds! Great.. ! Next day I had £580 in duplicate transactions in my pending bank balance and the money was deducted and I was unable to access. It's been 7 days and the 6 transactions pending totalling £580 are still pending. The bank are saying foxy need to cancel and foxy are saying they are aware of a issue that is duplicating deposit transactions but they cannot see these pending amounts so cannot cancel.

I have spoken to them a number of times and still I'm not further and £580 out of pocket.
They keep telling me to wait. Yet the amount of money they make daily I would expect them to have a very good deposit method and these types of duplicate transactions should NEVER occur.
This pending amount made me overdrawn and I'm still trying work out if the money will be returned unclaimed or if they will eventually claim this additional £580 amount!

So i joined foxy bingo yesterday, i actually loved the site and my free spins which i got 16 pound from, in total i had 105 in my account, the next morning i received a email saying i wasn't allowed to withdraw my money unless i provided three lots of ID documents, this wasn't a requirement when i joined. I felt like it was blackmail, i didn't want to share my personal details with them and ive never had to do this in the past so i refused, after arguing for over thirty minutes i said i wanted to make a formal complaint they then refunded me and said id passed the security checks and took the block off my account. I dont feel this company is honest or transparent so beware, shame as i loved the games too

Opened account at 630pm closed it at 7pm.

Should not be allowed to operate as a gambling site. They cannot process payments correctly so.money in your bank cannot be used causing more important bills to be unpaid causing numerous charges.they do not deal with complaints in a legal way. Seriously disappointed with foxy and I think after today will never play foxy again. On several occasions now I have been duped out of winnings, (whether be cash or foxy dollars), when try speak to someone about it all they can tell me is the previous winnings before the one I am complaining about. My issue is never rectified and after first ever big win which was £14000 on gala 3 yrs ago (which was successfully paid out) if I was duped out of winnings this big I don't know how I would get over that, so dair to say best not to risk it and never play foxy again
