I am really angry!!!! It’s a fake Chinese shop, not British!!! I expected delivery from the UK but the item was actually sent from China and got stuck in costums in China. Since 11 of June they did send it! Today is 8 of July !!!! I ask to make a refund, but costumer service of Fourline pretend like they don’t hear me and don’t understand my letters!! ! I ask to give my money back many times !! My order 14409!! You are not a shop you are criminals from China!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!

I somehow happened to come across Four line Design. I was skeptical of placing the order initially, but the beautiful items tempted me to do so :) I was very happy when I received the items in time. The packaging was perfect and the box was marked as Fragile on the packaging. The items were exactly as shown in the website.

I am deeply disappointed. Ordering from Germany I expected delivery from the UK but the item was actually sent from China and got stuck in costums in Frankfurt. DHL didnt pick up from costums and the item was sent back to China. The costumer service of Fourline is absolutely stubborn about my request for refund, referring to their refund rules and not seeing that its their fault to have a bad logistic. This whole experience lasts for more than two months now! I am frustrated and never gonna order anything.

Although the item was delivered a bit late, the items are absolutely beautiful and worth it. It truly adds an additional artistic design.
I highly recommend their products and have many friends who notice those pieces as soon as they enter my place.

Thank you for my Candy box - it is very nice and good quality. Only need to stand somewhere in safe place as astronaut is as separate detail and may fall if someone gets hooked.

By coincedence i came across the products of Fourline design. I really like the style and so i ordered the Angel Wings. Most of the time the product does not compare to the Photoshopped pictures on the website but this was an exception. Perfect product, WYSIWYG, very well protected for transport so my customer satisfaction gets a 10!!!!

Amazing service and amazing team and products. I ordered 2 jimmy ornaments and one arrived broken unfortunately, however Fourline design team made sure to send a replacement. They are very attentive to customer’s comments and try to help in every way possible!

I ordered the spaceman sitting on the moon. I love him! I accidentally dropped the spaceman when I took him out and his leg broke but I glued it back on and all good! I use it for my keys 😁

Bust/Vase I bought is lovely which is why I was so disappointed when the whole top of the item was chipped in multiple pieces in transit. The item was thinly packaged for such a delicate item and the package was not even noted as fragile. Package arrived crumpled and crushed and the chips fell out when the thin packaging was opened. Also noted the package was being sent from China, so the package was sent long distance to Ireland with little protection and no note of the item’s fragility. I won’t be buying from here again unfortunately as the item protection is not good enough.

Ps- in response to Fourline below, the box definitely had NO visible “fragile” labelling
