Pas hier mee op! De producten zijn erg lang onderweg. Vervolgens zijn er problemen met de inklaring en wordt het product weer teruggezonden (en dat is het eerste bericht dat je krijgt na bestelling). Fourline reageert vervolgens op geen enkele mail meer

Geen goederen ontvangen, enkel melding dat alles zogezegd terug gestuurd werd naar leverancier. Ondertussen geen reactie meer dus geen goederen en voorlopig ook geen geld terug

Emesso ordine 1/12/2024, del mio acquisto nessuna traccia. Ultimo aggiornamento sul sito è dell'8/12, dove risulta che il prodotto è presso aereoporto Italiano per sdoganamento. Io mi occupo di importazioni ed è impossibile un tempo così lungo! Fourline non vuole rimborsare il prodotto. Fregatura infinita.

This company is trying to get away from their responsibility to replace the wrong order sent. The item I received was wrong (ordered on 22nd August), they agreed to send the right one but after waiting for another 2 weeks, the 2nd item received was still not right. Very frustrated as I can't use any wrong items sent. They don't want to refund me and keep promising to solve the issue. To date, 25th November, I've sent more emails to follow up but still no response. Broken promises with no intention to solve the problem. They sent wrong items twice! (what a joke!) and now trying to avoid their responsibility. I think this company is not a genuine one. The items sent came from China while their online shop is set as somewhere else. They only have one customer service person, named Daryll Tiosejo. I think he also runs the whole company.
Update: after I published this review, they refunded me, finally. Thank you, but I won't buy anything anymore from this company.

Die Vase, die ich gekauft habe, ist nie aus China rausgekommen, ich habe alles meiner Kreditkartenfirma übergeben, die den Betrug bearbeitet!
Kauft hier nie ein, das sind Betrüger…, wie bei vielen anderen Rezessionen ist hier das gleiche passiert, die Bestellung ist seit angeblich 33 Tagen unterwegs und nix tut sich!
Fake und Finger weg…!!!

Après plusieurs semaines d’attente et une demande de remboursement, on m’annonce que la livraison se fera cette semaine ( or c’était un cadeau et entre-temps j’ai dû acheter autre chose à la place) Refus de remboursement au-delà de 10% pour un achat de 400€.

De lamp die ik heb besteld, was niet dezelfde als vermeld in de advertentie. Ik ontving een lamp die totaal niet overeen kwam met de mooie lamp op hun site. Ze adverteren met mooie design artikelen en sturen vervolgens dus een heel ander artikel. Ik had ook geen factuur ontvangen of retourlabel. Aangezien ik in de recensies las dat terugsturen en terugbetaling onmogelijk wordt gemaakt, en om ergenis en ellende te voorkomen, heb ik t ding maar gehouden, maar met tegenzin. Nooit meer bij Fourline kopen!!! Nepdesign!!

In addition to my previous review posted a few weeks ago, it seems like they are trying to increase the waiting time for product delivery. In my case, it arrived 1-2 weeks after the 3-month "deadline." So, from that perspective, it was acceptable.

However, the item was damaged during transportation or assembly at the factory. It showed signs of corrosion, and some parts were not well fixed. Additionally, there was no documentation on how to assemble it or any other information.

On a very positive note, the communication afterward was excellent. They accepted my complaint about the quality, and within 2-3 days, they refunded my money. From this point of view, it was an extremely nice experience, and I had no trouble with communication after the complaint.

Awful service. Items arrived damaged and they wont reply to any of our emails.

If I could give less stars I would. The absolute worst worst company. I have never left a review before but we spent €1700 and every single thing in our order arrived smashed and damaged. We also spend about €400 on top of that on customs. I have sent so many emails and never get any response. Horrible company that is stealing peoples money charging high prices for stuff shipped from China that the company prob aren’t even ever seeing.

Bought a table. Shipping was around 20 days, even faster than promised. The table is awesome! The assembly process itself is a pleasure.

Ordered a Girl Named Keri figurine. Took over a month to arrive from China and I had to pay a custom charge. As its an EU website I wasn't expecting this. It arrived with the ears broken, I have requested a refund but have had no response by email or instagram dm.

Fourline does not deliver what you order. It's been 2.5 months and they keep saying they will send the correct order but nothing happens for almost 3 months!

They keep you on a line saying they will send it, but they never do and it's been months!

Absolutely love the giraffe lamp! Great quality.

Ho comprato una lampada da regalare ad un’amica per la sua nuova casa e non è MAI arrivata. L’ho acquistata più di due mesi fa, con la certezza che arrivasse prima di Natale, invece il pessimo e ridicolo servizio clienti del sito continua a scrivermi di “avere pazienza”! Come primo intoppo si sono inventati che non c’era il muero di contatto telefonico, quando al contrario io li avevo messi entrambi, sia il mio che della mia amica!
Sono RIDICOLI, dovrebbero CHIUDERGLI IL SITO! NON COMPRATECI NULLA ASSOLUTAMENTE

The cat table arrived in perfect condition. I love this piece, it makes me smile every time I glance at it.
