Ho fatto un ordine due mesi e mezzo fa ed a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Ho richiesto il rimborso come mio diritto e come scritto chiaramente nella loro policy ma prendono tempo e dicono di aspettare. Non comprate niente perché l'assistenza non vi aiuta e vi rubano i soldi.

I placed an order two and a half months ago and as of today I have not received anything yet. I have requested a refund as my right and as clearly written in their policy but they take time and say to wait. Don't buy anything because the assistance doesn't help you and they steal your money.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Total scam. I have been waiting over 3 months for my order. My repeated requests for a refund are ignored, I'm told to wait a few more days. I have been waiting since last October!!! They also took extra money for express delivery. They blame logistics. If they know there's a problem and they know i dont have what i paid my hard earned money for, then stop charging people for express delivery and give me my refund. But no , i have to wait 'a few more days'... My solicitor will be getting a phone call from me. The cheek of these people, taking your money then messing you around. Never again. Steer clear.

Total scam site. Item shipped from China with a link to a suspicious tracking site that claimed that after two months a single attempt at delivery was made and that the item was now being shipped back to China. Support is offering 50% of money as refund or that I pay 50% additional money for a second delivery attempt. I never got any information about the delivery attempt through email, sms or post.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Total scam. I had to wait almost 3 months for the product to arrive. I have asked numerous times for a full refund while waiting but was only possible upon arrival. So I am asking again. It arrived earlier this week (after having to pay custom charges upon delivery…) and it’s very cheap. The website says Emilia wall art is made of porcelain and steel. Well it’s not. It’s a cheap & blurry canvas print. Plastic only. I am asking again for a refund and hope this warning can prevent from others being scammed as well. So far they have refunded me €9,95 for the inconvenience on an order that cost me €240 (incl €16 customs charge) so I am still missing €230. Don’t get fooled by their high average rating - I’d probably orchestrated. I have written a poor review for their website (as they keep chasing me for a review) but no way they will show that of course…

An overall OK experience - it did take a long time for items to arrive to Europe (2 months) but I suppose this is because of COVID. I ordered a balloon which arrived damaged so I received a partial refund. The cutlery is very nice, everything looks like in the pictures.

Aggiornamento: arrivato dopo 61 giorni, mi serviva per Natale ed è arrivato un mese dopo. Non ricomprerò mai più su questo sito, non mi è piaciuta la presa in giro sul rimborso parziale per ritardo (che non mi hanno mai mandato) e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che chiedevo il rimborso (mi spettava al 60mo giorno) e mi rispondevano dicendo di aspettare. Glielo rispedirei indietro dato che non mi serve più, ma ho paura che passerebbero altri mesi. Ah, compro spesso dalla Cina, ho comprato anche lo stesso oggetto comprato su questo sito e non mi è mai successo di pagare una somma aggiuntiva alla consegna. Ho pagato €7,50. Ve lo sconsiglio vivamente, cercate altri negozi simili e più seri, ce ne sono tanti!

Edit: ho scritto l'ennesima mail per richiedere il rimborso, ma mi hanno risposto così: "Ho tracciato la tua spedizione e sembra che il corriere non abbia aggiornato gli ultimi dettagli di tracciamento. Cercheremo di contattare il corriere per richiedere loro di aggiornare i dettagli di tracciamento che ti renderanno più facile tracciare la tua spedizione." Sto vedendo come fare per recuperare i soldi, dato che penso che l'ordine non arriverà mai.

Sto ancora aspettando un ordine effettuato il 26 novembre. Speravo di fare un regalo per Natale, ma devo sperare arrivi per quello del 2022. Ordinato stesso oggetto da un altro negozio simile ed è arrivato dopo 3 settimane. Il pacco risulta spedito e affidato al corriere il 5 dicembre (ultimo giorno in cui mi fa tracciare la spedizione), dunque non so dove sia e/o se sia partito davvero. Non penso acquisterò di nuovo da questo sito.

Mali head vase is so much better than in pictures and a real conversation piece. It makes an impactful centrepiece and I feel it compliments my quirky taste.

It’s been over 4 months and I have only received half my order!! I was promised the missing piece would be resent - it has never arrived!!! I would not easily order from this company as they do not deliver despite being paid!!!

I just received the items I ordered.they are so beautiful exactly like shown on photos!!!also the client help department is very helpful and quick! Thank you so much, keep on the good work!!!

They shipped the item incorrectly. It was returned to them in perfect condition before I ever received it.

Now I only get a refund of 50%! How is that fair? They have a perfectly fine product they can resell and half of the money I paid which amount to 318.54 EURO!

I wouldn't mind if I had to simply cover new shipping expenses - but apparently they prefer stealing.

I was very satisfied...Very beautiful...It was a gift for a friend ,and she loved it...

Le délai de livraison a été assez long mais je suis ravie de mon achat. L'objet était très bien emballé. Il est conforme aux photos.

I love the products. I have the bunny and kitty bubblegum vases and they are amazing. Well made, delivered within the time scale and look great. Any contact with them, they reply so quickly! If I could buy more I certainly would!

Product was exactly as per image! Love it!!! Will definitely order again!
