I love the simplicity of the products as it saves me time when editing videos. I also the clean arrangement in the folders a s well, great job people

Unfortunately, this package is poor quality and the support is practically useless. When something doesn’t work, you’re left to fix it on your own while support sends generic, copy-paste replies that just point you back to a setup guide that doesn’t actually solve the problem.

Do not assume that “10,000 assets” means they all work. From my experience, at least 10–15% are broken or unusable, and several of the font download links don’t work at all.

Would I recommend this package? Absolutely not. If you want reliability, save yourself the headache and invest in proper tools from a company like MotionVFX instead.

Also, there is no real drag-and-drop system here. No complete transitions, sound effects, or VFX presets that just work. You are forced to rebuild everything manually, with zero real guidance.

This was massively overhyped and completely failed to meet expectations.

Thanks for replying, but I need to clarify a few things because your response largely sidesteps the real issues and paints a false picture of my experience.

You keep insisting support was helpful and “trying to reach out,” but the reality is this:
every email I received was the same generic copy-paste link to your setup guide. At no point did I get an actual troubleshooting response tailored to my issue. For weeks, the only “solution” offered was to repeatedly read the same guide — which did not fix the broken assets. So saying support was responsive is misleading. Replying and helping are two different things.

Claiming you need specific examples of broken assets is ironic, because I did provide examples. The fact that you’re now asking for them again proves one of two things:
either you didn’t track the previous communication properly, or you didn’t read it carefully. Neither option reflects well on your support process.

You also deny that 10–15% of assets are unusable. Anyone who installs the package can verify this themselves — missing fonts, broken links, missing transitions, and presets that simply do not load. The files speak for themselves; pretending they don’t exist doesn’t make them functional. The burden is not on paying customers to beta-test and document your broken assets for you. That should already be part of your QA.

Pointing to “other reviews” as proof the product works is not evidence. A product doesn’t become functional because other customers didn’t notice or didn’t report problems. My experience is valid whether it aligns with your marketing or not.

Finally, you continue to call the package “drag-and-drop,” yet the templates require manual rebuilding of layers, animations, fonts, and timing. Calling that drag-and-drop is misleading at best and false advertising at worst.

To be clear:
I didn’t write this review out of anger.
I wrote it because my experience — installation, usage, support — fell far short of the claims on your website and social media.

If the product worked as advertised, I wouldn’t be here writing this.

The LUTS, textures, and effects make it easier to do everything I’ve been doing, let me push new boundaries and experiment with new things, and create better videos than I ever have before. Thank you so much!

The install guides and how to use videos are excellent and honestly some of the best guides I’ve experienced. I appreciate that they provide options depending on how you like to work.
Add to that, the lists of typefaces and additional helpful info that are provided, tells me that Four Editors is a solid service and trusted partner.

The overall thoughts on the bundle are really good. The only thing that I do find a little bit confusing is the way that they get dowloaded, but the content is very useful, pretty and, so far, very nice to work with in Davinci Resolve. So, so far, I am really happy with the purchase ^^

I’m impressed: this is a solid product, with high quality and a huge variety of elements. I messed up my order, and when I asked about it they were fast and friendly with their response, and really helpful.

Overall: good stuff, from good people, at a good price.

After going through all the sound effects because there was a lot, it was good to not have to search for hours for sound effects, and now I can do a quick search and find what I need, and can’t wait to learn everything else the pack offers

I’m very happy and excited with FOUR editors platinum graphics bundle. I haven’t had time to try everything out but the few elements I used were very helpful. I highly recommend FOUR editors for your graphic needs.

Ich bin auf die Werbung hereingefallen und habe mir das Platinium Bundle gekauft und habe mit verteilen lassen auch nicht das Monthly Editing Packs zu kaufen. Das Platinium Bundle ist über die Homepage nicht direkt herunterladbar. Über Umwege bin ich dann doch dazu gekommen und bin durchweg enttäuscht. Einige Effekte gehen gar nicht und die anderen sind eine Katastrophe. Absolut rausgeschmissenes Geld. Das Monthly Pack gibt es gar nicht. Man kann es zwar bezahlen aber bekommt gar nichts dafür. Dem Support kann man innerhalb 10 Tage 5 Nachrichten schicken aber bekommt KEINE Antwort. Auf der Homepage bekommt man zum Kauf nicht einmal eine Rechnung und wenn man diese per Mail anfordert erhält man trotzdem keine. Absolut unseriös und in meinem Fall zumindest schon fast kriminell. Von meiner Seite kann ich nur abraten und und den Tipp geben sich nicht blenden zu lassen. Man bekommt nichts lohnenswertes für das Geld und nach dem Kauf erhält man keinen Support!!!

I like this product. It provides such a wide range of effects, transitions, sounds. My DaVinci feels like it's been upgraded to a porche! If you use other editors it comes packaged for each editing program you use.

Great pack, easy to download, organised nicely. Good Instructions and easy to install and use. What a time saver and value for money. I reccomend

Some nice tools - but best is that there were “Install Instructions” videos included for all the various folders of tools - in that they do not all install quite the same, re that they are all different types/etc - saved having to struggle or go searching on the web re how-to’s, etc - thx!

The sound effects, overlays and transitions are high quality, easy to use and integrate smoothly into my projects in Davinci Resolve. It definitely saves me a lot of time in post-production and adds a professional touch to my videos. Before I bought this pack, I spend a lot of time searching for filmburns, SFX and presets. Now I have everything in one folder. Thanks!

I haven’t had the chance to try all your presets yet, but I’ve installed the LUTs and transitions and they’re absolutely amazing! The installation guide is super clear, really simple and effective, and using them is super easy too.

I am a hobbyist, personal user, very much a non-professional - however I wanted to make cool videos. I purchased the pack, but life got in the way and wasn't able to download them right away. Some time went past and the link had expired. I explained my situation to Daniel and without question he helped me get a new link. The ridiculous part, is that I then did the same thing AGAIN - and once again, without hesitation, they were there to help - honestly they probably had no obligation to help - it was my fault. I appreciate that support, and would recommend 100%
