Brilliant, Complicated client with a large BTL remortgage and cap raise to build the portfolio but has a few past blips and credit issues, FHL especially Kirsty and the underwriter Sarah, looked at the client as a whole, really understood him and what he was looking to achieve and all worked hard to help the client. Good BDM support and communication from the Underwriter

As a broker, I could not be more impressed with the service provided by this lender. The entire process was smooth and efficient – exactly what we hope for when working on behalf of clients. A special mention to the underwriter, Jenna, who was truly exceptional: approachable, clear, and incredibly prompt throughout. It made a real difference. Would avoid where possible - Underwriters pretty rude on the phone slow to get back if they email at all! Say they have emailed when they havent said there outstanding items on the case when they havent uploaded them.... pretty shocking for a lender in 2025
