This is a long time coming. I bought a bunch of football kit for my son for his birthday last November including a net with pegs and straps, a small pop-up net, and various other bits. I made a mistake on my order and wanted to upgrade the straps that fix the net to the bars.
It was a Saturday with the son's birthday coming early in the next week. I called. No only did someone answer, but she was friendly and helpful and spoke English natively so we could understand each other. Within minutes she had adjusted my order in time for despatch the same day.
Absolutely BRILLIANT service. I will go there exclusively for football needs going forward.

Very slow website. Paying process is extra slow, and refused my credit card payment multiple times, different cards and different devices. Only when I used Apple Pay did it work. Obtaining a proper tax invoice is also not easy.

Easy ordering process, good quality goods

They never got back to me on my inquiry. There was a delivery address mistake and I called within a few minutes of ordering in order to solve it. Customer service said they will be able to cancel the order and refund me. Their advice was for me to then place a new order. I placed the new order using their before 12 next day delivery option. 1. My previous order was not canceled or refunded. I received no further communication about it 2. I placed a new order in time and now it is being delayed.

Unfortunately it’s been a terrible experience and nobody has followed up after the calls. I paid for the same thing twice. They don’t leave any notes to their colleagues because each time I need explain the situation again, there is no recollection of the previous conversation.

High quality equipment for an affordable price.

Bought Icon balls for training and Icon+ for matchday, and everyone is impressed. They quickly became the favorite balls on the pitch.

The 12'x6' ProFlex goal is extremely high quality. Great tension and weight. An excellent addition to training.

Easy to order, kept informed of delivery timeslot, delivered when said it would.

this product did not come in the best shape.. there are scratches everywhere from the post rubbing each other, its very dusty and unless you have some strength somewhat difficult to assemble the net. it will do the job and it seems pretty sturdy even without any weights. 4x2.5 is a great size for backyard goals. will definitely have a blast using them. I just wished they didn't come with so many scratches.

I ordered these poles with delivery 2-4 days. I hadn’t taken into account weekend and bank holiday. I phoned customer support and lo and behold they arrived the next day. Absolutely brilliant customer support. The poles are robust and exactly as described. I will definitely deal with Forza again.

Very poor customer service.
Purchased a soccer match goal, should have known when received that it was a previous return because the box had been taped and re-taped. Missing parts and have tried to reach out to customer service via e-mail and phone for nearly 2 weeks with no luck on speaking to anyone.
Update - They Responded via e-mail on 5/08 that they would send me the parts. Received the missing parts on 5/12. Thankful they made things right, just took a while.

3stars for delivery time

Ordered for grandsons birthday a goal net and paid 9.95 for next day delivery making sure I ordered at cut off time for it . It didn’t arrive now on day two and still not received . Tried calling … no answer . Sent message but can take 3-5 days to get back to you . Absolute no point paying for next day delivery and I would have gone else where if I had k own that it wouldn’t be delivered . One disappointed grandson

Good products, easy to use website and have had an issue before with a product but they’ve stepped up with great customer service and took care of issue. Highly recommend

Just ordered a goal post with accessories for my grandson, he will love it. Extremely easy to place an order, site easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend Forza.

Ordered goals and paid for next day delivery for event for my child - arrived five days later.

Logistical nightmare returning and only now have refund confirmed four weeks later!

No compensation for mistake or fact I had to drive out to buy alternative goals/ arrange for people to send delivery back etc.
