These bottles arrive on time, but were green, rather than the yellow ones I had ordered to match our team’s kit.
Mistakes happen, so I contacted Forza to sort this out. After initial contact with their Customer Service team, I heard nothing more. Their phone line is incredibly busy, so you are always in an extremely long queue, requested call backs are not received and emails go unanswered. Not a way to run a business or treat customers. I’m very disappointed.
