I ordered a laptop to be ordered and then delivered. Ordering was very easy. Agent also helped to even get me the best deal when it was noticed that initial quote that I had used was out of date and the new deal ended up cheaper. Everything else followed through their clear process.
It tells a lot about the company, its values, the employees who work hard to maintain its reputation and how it is run.

The package was stuck in facility due to tax, the department tried to contact forwardandbuy but they don’t reply. Just 1 day before package was trashed because it kept in facility too long, forwardandbuy just sent me notice email to pay tax without instructions. Don’t use this service! If your package stucked somewhere they won’t take responsibility!!!!!

The service was absolutely phenomenal. The books I ordered came in so fast and they were a dream come true. I would definitely use the service again.

Extremely helpful service, allowed me to get medicines that weren’t otherwise available in my country. They were helpful with the purchasing process, the shipping process. Ran into some issues with the shipping costs but that was quickly remedied by providing me a direct PayPal link. I am thankful for this service.

I'm in the US and arranged for a package to be delivered from Singapore to a relative in Canada. We used the 'Shop For me' service and ForwardBuy did an excellent job handling the entire process from the purchase of the item from the seller to the international shipping. A huge thanks to the staff who were very responsive to questions and requests by email, in particular, requests for added packaging protection as the item was quite fragile and we were concerned about possible damage during transport. The item was received quickly and everything worked out great! Totally recommended!

They have a shop-for-me feature which is perfect for stores that don't ship outside the country they are in, and it works great too. Fees are very reasonable. Would definitely use this service again. I just wish they do business in other Shopee-Asian countries!

I refused to pay the retail price for a product in my country, and found it more than 50% cheaper in another country, I found this company willing to purchase and ship on my behalf. It was seamless, they allowed tracking every step of the way on their website, and I received my product in less than 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend them.

I completely enjoyed my experience! Forwardbuy was extremely fast and responsive. I purchased a specific monitor only sold in the Asia region. They purchased it same day and the monitor arrived not even a few days later at their warehouse. I was able to pay for photos of the contents to make sure it was what I wanted before paying for shipping costs to get it sent to the U.S. I will definitely be buying through them again.

The communication was good. I was asked to wire transfer the fund to them first because it's a high value item, so I did. They told me every step in the whole process, they asked me how to handle the bonus the vendor offered.

I received the laptop, everything looks great. I gave them 4 stars because the shipping was a little slow, it could be on FedEx part though, but I'd like to have the rating reflect that regardless.

Overall it was a good experience, I'd use ForwardBuy again if needed. As a first time buyer, wire transferring a relatively big amount of money needs some trust, I think ForwardBuy deserves it.

I ordered something that went out of stock shortly after I ordered and I immediately emailed them to notify them to cancel the order. They would not respond for days until I sent a message claiming I would go to PayPal to open a dispute. They notified me that they would get in touch with the India branch to cancel the order but it’s been two days and they haven’t cancelled it. Overall their communication is horrible.

Excellent experience. For some reason my package could not be delivered due to size, but customer support was extremely quick to respond and they arranged an alternative pickup with the courier. Outbound shipping was quick and without any issues. Will definitely use again if the opportunity arrises
