The package arrived in a timely manner, nothing wrong at all. My first time using fowardbuy to order something on Shopee and it went very well. Shipping will be high but it's worth it for something that you can't ship to the USA from the actual website. No regrets.

Very efficient services and response time. However the hiccup will be the delay in delivery from sender to the warehouse...as well buyer cant see the tracking of the delivery status...if you could upgrade your system it would be wonderful...overall very good 1st experience with ForwardBuy Team...thank you

Decided to use this website to ship Sesame Street CDs from Singapore to Malaysia. The process was fast and smooth and customer support was polite and responsive. They were nice enough to arrange shipping my package with Qxpress so I can save a bit of money. The package was neat and wasn't at all damaged. The only con is that the shipping cost is expensive. If they were to reduce the cost and offer other couriers, then this would be the best shipping service out there. Am I satisfied? Yes. Am I going to use it a second time? Maybe, when I have enough money.

Was a little hesitant since I have never used a service like this before however I am so pleased with the whole process. I was able to order a hat that is sold out here in the States from Singapore and it was shipped so quickly!

Purchase and delivery of the object occurred quickly, about a week and at low rates; the only drawback is a small delay in delivery (about 1 day), although not directly attributable to ForwardBuy, due to the shipping company (FedEx) due to a disinfestation of the cargo.
However, I recommend it to anyone wishing to buy in Southeast Asia or the USA with fast and professional support.

Service was fast and hassle free, would be better if they used dhl for international deliveries tho, fedex took a lot longer.

I was a bit skeptical, as I had never used a similar service before. ForwardBuy made the whole process look like magic. I was able to buy a laptop model not available in my part of the world and receive it in 2 days, thanks to the warehouse address assigned to me. Very fast, accurate and inexpensive service.

While the shipping took a long while (which was to be expected and not their fault) the service was quick and easy. For a small fee, they'll even take a photo of your goods before shipping them to you. Repackaging was even free.

Great service and fast delivery

Ordered an item through ForwardBuy from a website that delivers only in Singapore and received the shipment. You pay for the shipment separately when they receive your packages. You can have them repack and rearrange to save on shipping costs.

The communication was excellent and the process was very easy. The delivery process was very fast.
