Absolutely awful casino. I have tried to get my money out for over 10 days now reaching out to support 5 times and the support keeps saying 'technical difficulties', even though my family who I enjoy playing with on sites have had no difficulty redeeming. Support is beyond useless always 'referring to another team' which they will 'get back with you' but never get back. I have over 2000 in there and they are trying to steal it. STAY AWAY.

Went to cash out. It messed up. The funds did not go through, spoke to site 3 separate times and they keep giving me the run around, made me wait a week and a half. Finally get my sc back and it requires a play through. Be wary of this site. Sketchy.

Idk if this site is a scam site or what but for me it's been nothing but rad. I signed up n verified my identity after reaching 50sc..n cashed out 3 times on my acct n once on my wife's acct, all of them received instantly to card, customer service has responded within minutes via live chat, and the one Zelle redeem that didn't go through was back in my balance in 24 hours. I don't have anything bad to say about them, yea their rtp SUCKS for slots, lol, but the dragon fish game by JILI n hacksaw games is how I was able to cash out 4 times. Listen to the other one star comment. You can't redeem because you can't get verified. I broke no terms, entered my info accurately, and they told me to not deposit any more since they can't verify me.
Edit: Their response is untruthful. Everything matches. This site is absolute garbage. They tell you they can't give you details why they can't verify you, yet can tell you on trustpilot? Please stay away.
Edit 2 - I received a email stating my account is now verified. I have also submitted a redemption. If the redemption goes through as fast as they say, I will update this review and change my rating.
Edit 3 - Updating to say they paid out in roughly a hour. So I updated my stars to reflect my experience. Leaving at three stars due to my original experience. But I am very pleased that they resolved the issue.
