Fabulous private tour of Forman's facilities. Well organised, very professional and friendly. Good to meet team members and special thanks to Lance, Darren and Claire. I'm a relatively new customer but have found all the products I have purchased are of the highest quality and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Really love the variety of choices available. Good to be able to try both new items and also old favourites .

I’m pleased to say we enjoyed our latest F&F order very much! As with our previous order for our Anniversary last year, the ordering & delivery process was all extremely smooth and as before everything arrived securely packaged on my chosen delivery date the day before my wife’s birthday. The mini fishcakes we ordered were absolutely delicious – we had half of the pack between us as a starter (freezing the rest for another time) and Whitebait as a main course.

I can highly recommend booking a tour of Forman & Field. It's a great experience and I learnt so much from the owner who is very enthusiastic and engaging. The demonstrations are brilliant and ends with a delicious salmon platter served 8 ways.

Forman and Field has become my “go to” gift provider!
I live in Canada and my daughter lives in the UK….I have tried various well known retailers over the years and stumbled on Forman and Field a year or so ago. The review have been over the moon from my daughter and son in law….quality is always superb and delivery efficient and on time. The treats are always appreciated and fresh fresh fresh. Having confidence that what I send will be top quality and well received is VERY important…..I appreciate the consistent focus on customer service and quality!

Smoke house tour
My friend and I were part of a group tour of the smoke house on Saturday 20th April, starting at 11AM lasting about 3 hours.
We were warmly greeted at the entrance, with directions to the restaurant part and sat at a table for 2 by the window overlooking the canal towards the school, behind it the Olympic stadium.
We found the talk by Mr. Forman very interesting, informative and entertaining at times.
The smoke house downstairs was very clean, spacious andwell organised. Full marks for demo of salmon slicing skills.
The salmon sampling of different cure afterwards was delicious, was enjoyed.
Although the directions to the building was given in the email, we had a little difficulty finding it

Would 100% get again and recommend, quality is always good. Thank you.

We have just had our first order from Forman & Field; it certainly will not be our last. The ordering and the delivery process were faultless in every regard. Much more importantly, the tuna carpaccio was superb. Our problem now is to decide what we should include in our next order.

This is our second order and again, the food is exceptional! The truffled potato pavé is luxurious, oozing with high quality lightly salted butter and just the right amount of truffle - it’s a real treat and was fantastic with our Easter main. If you are vegetarian, you must try the cheese, walnut and courgette pithivier so tasty, different and something you can’t get anywhere else.

Everything comes well packaged and is kept cold via courier delivery so no need to worry about how long it has been on the road. We can’t recommend Forman & Field enough and to be honest, we’d rather use them for a celebratory meal than go out to a restaurant as you can guarantee how consistently good the food is, regardless of what you order.

I have dealt with Forman and Field for several years and I am impressed by the quality of their products and their service. I often raise queries with their staff and I always receive prompt and helpful information. A particular recent example was an Easter basket which was delayed by the courier in transit. I was contacted by their staff who explained the reason and the parcel arrived next day in time for Easter sundY.

I've reached an age where I would rather have an outstanding product once in a while than mediocre food more often. The wild smoked salmon is expensive but in taste and texture it is simply the best I have ever found. The service was fast and customer service 100 percent perfect.

After contacting the fabulous team in customer service, their support and excellence in customer care, meant all my expectations were truly exceeded!
When I received my gorgeous delivery, the hamper was divine. The quality and taste of all the produce was superb.
Such a beautiful gift to receive.
The food was so delicious we are in the process of ordering individual items we tried in the care hamper for our regular meal times!

Having enjoyed a couple of years of really scrumptious Christmas Dinners from you, as well as salmon and other delicious delights, I was not surprised when my husband asked for the Forman and Field's Celebration Dinner for Two for our Easter Sunday meal. We are so looking forward to it. Of course I also had to order your Hepburns bacon for breakfast too!

I really hate posting negative comments about businesses, especially in this economy. I ordered three products, but I’ll only review 2. I ordered a summer pudding and rum baba. The summer pudding arrived with the juices fizzing out of the jar. I sent an email, and Forman’s promptly sent a replacement set to arrive the next day. While waiting on the summer pudding, I had the rum baba, which left me sick and in an unfortunate state for the entire night. The summer pudding arrived in the morning in a worse state than the previous batch. I decided I should call. The lovely lady who answered was incredibly polite but said she couldn’t transfer me to someone who could help. She kindly sent them an email on my behalf with my number. I got a call a short while later. I was told that a fizzing jar was perfectly safe to eat and that fizzing was merely air escaping (what was causing so much pressure? By that logic, all jams should become a fizzy fish-smelling disaster). I got no sympathy or remorse for the state I was in my their rum baba. I threw away their rarebit without touching it. If their rum baba left me sick and the summer pudding was fizzing, god knows what the rarebit would do to me. One star may be unreasonable, considering how lovely the person who wrote the email for me was and how promptly a replacement was sent for the summer pudding. Still, regardless of price, food safety shouldn’t ever be taken lightly. I told them I didn’t want a refund and still don't. I wanted something to be done and an apology, but I got neither. I am really offended, and all I want is a mailing address to ship back their wine vouchers, as I want nothing to do with them or their gifts.

Simply the best smoked salmon you can buy. The London cure is divine.

Another great selection of food.The sausage rolls were very good. However the salmon fish fingers were highlight. I will buy them again.

A huge thank you to all at Forman & Field for giving us another delicious Christmas and New Year's holiday season full of easy-to-prepare, easy-to-enjoy special at-home restaurant-quality meals. We have been ordering from F&F for many years and have never been disappointed. Our F&F delivery is an important part of our holiday season. Also, thanks to Beth for quickly answering even the smallest of my queries.
