Perfect transaction
The only place I could find the product I ordered for delivery to the UK & at a very reasonable price too! Shipped the day before the date stated (which was 10 working days) on the product page & arrived with me 3 days ahead of planned delivery date! Well packaged, great transaction. Many thanks.

I didn't received order!
I haven't received my order, PLUS when I tried to find out when it would arrive via FedEx tracking there is no information.
Full refund please!
They then didn't like my review, so sent me a message saying I ordered the item five days later than I did. Very poor customer service. Maybe a bad review will alter how they address complaints! Then again, maybe not!

Dear Customer. Please note your order has been shipped the next business day it was placed (since it was placed Friday afternoon). The order is on it's way, according to Fedex "At local FedEx facility" so should reach you tomorrow.
Shipment despatch has been followed by an email sent confirming the despatch including the button to track your shipment.
Every email sent regarding the order includes a link to the current order status page, which includes Fedex tracking button as well.
We hope your parcel arrives shortly!

no one claimed the order has been placed later then it was. We provided you with the tracking link only. The order was shipped the next business day after it was placed and was delivered couple of days later.
Confusing shipping process and lack of Customer Support
Confusing experience. I bought only items which were marked as available to be shipped in 24 hours. Furthermore it was stated, that the items will be delivered not later than 04/06, however, items did not arrive today. After writing to customer support I have not receive a response, even though it was a simple request for an update regarding my parcel. In addition, I have not received any email updates about the progress of my purchase after the initial email. Just bad experience all around. How can I know the progress of my shippment? And it's especially frustrating as the shipping price is so high, so one would expect to receive the items a time which was stated when buying. All other peoples issues seems to be quite similar. Please try to avoid and do not make the same mistake of trusting what is written in the website. Overall do not recommend for anyone. Try to avoid and find a more positive experience.

No delivery and nil response - stay away from this business!
I ordered several items from this business and so far ...I have emailed this company twice on 11/04/2024 and again on 13/04/2024. I have sent them a message via their website on 14/04/2024 explaining that unless they respond I will cancel this order, I have called their business number but the line is dead.
There is a serious lack of customer interest and would highly recommend not ordering anything but simply find the same/similar product from a more trusted business, and always use TrustPilot to check before ordering ...wish I could remember this!

Dear Customer,
We checked that the first email from you was sent on April 12th [8:26 PM]. As it was Friday, our Customer Service was unable to answer on the same day. Your email was repeated on Saturday, outside of working hours.
Nevertheless, the parcel was already on its way because the order was sent on the 10th of April for which you received an email confirmation with a tracking number. The order was delivered on the scheduled date and sent from our warehouse before the initially declared date.
The products you ordered were imported from the manufacturer's warehouse and we informed you in an email confirmation that your order will be shipped on 2024-04-11 (up to 10 business days) latest.
In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

Nu comandați produse care nu exista în stoc, nu le veți vedea niciodată și veți afla după 3 luni ca nu se pot livra.
Nu plătiți în avans, veți pierde timp cu returnarea banilor.

Vrem cu amabilitatea să ne exprimăm scuzele sincere pentru neplăcerile create. Înțelegem că această situație vă-a supărat.
Produsele pe care le-ați comandat au fost importate din depozitul producătorului, iar din motive independente de noi, livrarea lor a fost întârziată. În astfel de situații, prezentăm clienților un termen nou de livrare estimată sau anulăm comanda dacă aceasta este neachitată și nu se cunoaște data disponibilității.
Ne pare foarte rău că apar astfel de situații. Facem toate eforturile pentru a ne asigura că acestea apar cât mai rar posibil.
Vă-am informat prin e-mail despre progresul situației și disponibilitatea ulterioară a produsului, răspunzând în același timp la oricare dintre întrebările dvs.
Pentru această comandă, nu a fost efectuată rambursare deoarece comanda nu a fost plătită (forma de plată selectată a fost ramburs la livrare)
În cazul în care aveți întrebări suplimentare, nu ezitați să contactați serviciul nostru de clienți.

I was waiting for my order dispatching for 30 BUSINESS days. Overall there was almost 1.5 month.
In the end I called to customer support and they've checked my order.
After that I've got an email where they ask me if I want to split the order and they'd dispatch one part today and for the second part theoretically delivery date should be on 28 of February...guys are you kidding me? Do you really want me to trust in that? No, no chance.
What kind of company does that?
I cancelled the order, of course.
Highly NOT RECOMMEND Formadore. They are not serious and don't really care about customers. I mean, they could ask me about split earlier or at least contact me. But instead I had this.

Zwilling GOURMET knives instead of ALL STAR
I have waited a month for the order. When the package finally arrived, when unpacking, it seemed strange that the box of the knife set had already been opened before. The knife set Zwilling "ALL STAR" was ordered, the name of the box is also from the knives of this series, but the knives from the "GOURMET" series are placed inside the box. These are much cheaper knives than I had ordered.
UPDATE
After sending back wrong knifes company send back money, but still, would be hard to recommend.

rather long delivery time, cups arrived dirty and dusty, mugs with a worn base, dimensions of some items did not match the description (cup height 12 cm and not 18 cm as in the description), some items were scratched

I had a perfect experience in all levels
I had a perfect experience in all levels, products, shipping, and customer service by making an order on the 4th of January, 2023. Also, when a problem arose, concerning one item that had 5 years guarantee, the item was immediately refunded 2 or 3 days before this review. I totally recommend them for any house and personal item.
