Great company to deal with. Customer care excellent.

My order arrived promptly and well packed, although sadly one item was not in optimal condition. The customer representative liaised with the supplier to find a solution. This did not result in a replacement but they did provide a full refund for the item, quickly. The issue was with the supplier, not FormAdore, who worked hard to resolve the problem.

Good. Coming from Poland, I think, to the UK. Had been looking for this silicone oven mitt for a few years.

Pessimo in tutto, ordinato un prodotto che abbiamo urgenza perche promessa spedizione entro 24 ore e dopo 24 ore abbiamo solo ricevuto avviso di annullamento ordine perche non potevano spedirlo in contrassegno, ma mi chiedo, se non poi non lo mettere come opzione, e specialmente se avete problemi contattatemi prima e non tarda giornata dove non ho piu tempo per riordinare per farlo partire giorno stesso, di sicuro non ci torno mai piu

Although arrived a day later than expected, parcel arrived extremely well packed and a lovely quality jar, bought for bread starter, the lady on YouTube recommended this type of jar, very happy with my purchase, the jars were all sold in sets elsewhere so a happy customer.

Incorrect company

Poorly packed glass product arrived broken. There was not even "breakable" sign on the package. They did not provide full refund which is a crime I believe. Avod this company.

Very competitive pricing and quick delivery. Whole experience was smooth and painless. My father wanted a specific coffee maker (to be honest, I don't think the coffee maker is any better than the Bodum one i have at home) and Form Adore was the only place that had it in stock at a reasonable price and delivery time for when I needed it. It was well packed and didn't break when, in error because I had forgotten what it was, I asked the delivery guy to drop it into the basement.

Nothing went wrong but the delivery times are far too long. The item was manufactured in Germany but was despatched from Poland, sent to the Netherlands and then to the UK.

I ordered a planner but, unfortunately, chose the wrong size. When I decided to return it, I faced several unpleasant surprises:

1. Why should I pay for a courier service to make the return? I received the product via a parcel locker, but returning it the same way is not an option. This is inconvenient and unreasonable!
2. The website and contact number are Latvian, yet the return must be sent to another country (from Latvia to Lithuania). This significantly increases the cost of the return and makes it almost pointless.

Such hidden conditions are unacceptable for an online store. If you sell products across borders, you should clearly state all return details so customers know what to expect.

I do not recommend ordering from this store. It’s better to spend your money at a store with an honest and transparent return policy!”
