No communication
Update: They responded below but I have emailed the support email with no response. The only feedback I ever got from them is to this review
Submitted an application. It was denied with no explanation. Went to support, no response. My doctor previously approved the meds I requested, and said he give me a prescription again once the cost comes down. I don’t think this business is legit

Professional and trustworthy
After a thorough assessment by a licensed NP to ensure the product was right for me, the turnaround time for prescribing, filling, and shipping was fantastic.
Courier dropped the ball, but due to the pharmacy’s cold chain packaging, the stability of the medication wasn’t affected.

I am so disappointed that no one has…
I am so disappointed that no one has got back to me regarding if they are going to continue with sending Zepbound. I want to know one way or another. It is very frustrating. When I signed up the response time was amazing, now I have been waiting two days. All I would like is a yes or no answer. If it is no don't you think it is respectful to know why.

You need to give more then just two months of the prescription. Having to do a consultation every 2 months that costs $99 is costly

Save your money and find another…
Save your money and find another reputable clinic all what they care about is money if you ask them to transfer to your local pharmacy they wont give you any refills to be sure that you are going to come back and pay more gor your refills and if you ask for refills and they accept to give you they will give you just one for just another month. Just to male sure that you will take the medication from them which it will cost you more than other pharmacies price.. this is what happened to me.

They are asking me for a review???
They are asking me for a review and I never heard a response to my initial question. They are asking for a review and I never did business with them.
When it was livewell my experience was amazing. But since they have merged with hers/hims, I noticed their reviews were a lot lower. I had asked them a question: how does the merged sites differ from livewell site. I did not get a response. Yet they still want a review??? This is a review reflecting my minimal experience with hers/hims.
